Fab holiday - best villa!
Wow! Can i come again? What you see on the website is what we got in reality - which exceeded our expectations, (as very often it’s a far cry from the brochure picture). This fab villa definitely gets the thumbs up from us. It is exceptionally decorated to a very high standard in every room. It’s very spacious, yet welcoming, cosy and very clean with a fully equipped kitchen (if cooking is your thing or if you have small children), wifi, USB plug sockets, TV, and an amazing amount of storage. We flew in to Larnaca airport on a late flight and took a taxi to the villa ( booked in advance and paid UK pound) and so arrived after dark. Once at the villa we were greeted with a welcome package of basic food items from our host - this was a very special touch as we were not expecting it, plus it included all the things we liked - thanks Richard! The beds were very comfortable, with linen and towels provided which could be exchanged as required. Early morning sunlight soon raises the amazing hot temperature on the site only to reveal the full beauty of the villa, with its sun drenched grassed garden, balconies and shaded large patio. The size of the villa was great for us (middle 50’s) with two older children in their 20’s, who were with us for a family wedding. They were able to have their own rooms with ample space which is unusual in villa sizes and included; a double bedroom on the ground floor with shower & toilet and a twin bed and our larger double upstairs with another shower & toilet, all lovely. From the balcony of the first floor bedroom there is a further level via a spiral staircase that leads to the sunroof with sun chairs (for sun worshipers) - the air conditioning in every room provided much needed relief! The positioning of the villa was ideal for us, in that, it does not directly overlook the shared pool, enabling periods of quiet awaken to bird songs eating breakfast on the patio or in the late evening enjoying a drink under the amazingly lit patio. The villa has it’s own driveway (if you decide to hire a car, which we did and were able to explore the historic sites and shopping spots), is just a short walk to the on site restaurant, the beach, sauna, gym, Caesar Beach shop, ATM machine and main office. I could go on. We had the opportunity to view a number of the other villa's on the site and considered this to be one of the best. .
