Welcome to HipNautic, a fully renovated three-bedroom, two-bath lakefront condo located in the gated community of April Sound on Lake Conroe. Designed for comfort and convenience, this spacious and stylish retreat offers stunning water views, direct lake access just steps from the back door, and a beautifully updated interior perfect for families, couples, or friends.

The condo features three well-appointed bedrooms, each connected to a bathroom. The primary bedroom and en-suite bath are located downstairs, making it ideal for guests who prefer ground-floor access. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms share a bathroom. There is an inflatable, framed queen bed for two additional guests, offering plenty of space for everyone in your group.

The condo is very nice and well equipped. It has a grill - beware, though, the propane refill is nowhere near the grill - there is an outside closet that you barely notice upon arrival where it is stored. We were planning to grill dinner, but were unable and had to pivot to a different idea because we didn’t hear back from the property manager until 5:26 the next morning. The 10:00 am check out time is fairly tough as well - most check outs are at 11:00 and now I understand why. Other than those two facts, details were in place for a nice stay.

Excellent stay. Everything in this house is just as advertised. We had a weekend getaway to celebrate a family’s member’s birthday and see the Wolf Sanctuary nearby. We will definitely be telling our friends and family about this place.

We were able to check in early! The kitchen has everything for cooking and grilling! Even 2 coffee stations! The host had life jackets, paddle boards, games, everything you would ever need was right there! The setting is beautiful and the patio was so nice to do candle light dinner with my family! We can not wait to go back!

The place was beautiful and beyond our expectation. Modern and the decor was just breath taking The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and more! Towels, lake towels, life vests, and many floaties! Recommendations; more reliable tv viewing (working cable). Unable to enjoy the beautiful well equipped back porch because of extremely strong unpleasant dog poop smell and we are dog owners so it was bad!

This was our second family vacation here and it was amazing both times. Lay out is perfect for families, water is right out the door, furniture is super comfortable throughout the unit- not one single complaint. Best place to stay!

This home was absolutely amazing!!!!Everything and more , than what was listed….Christi, the Host, was on top of everything and if you text or called her, She got back immediately to you!!!!I would highly recommend this place and being lakefront just topped it off!!!!!

Montgomery/Conroe is a beautiful area filled with history, antique shops, several marina's for boat renting, lake front restaurants, national forests and beautiful landscape. April Sound is a country club community with beautiful landscape from the minute you drive through the gate. I chose this area because it had a country feel and the luxury of lake life.

This unit is a corner unit with a private patio off the primary bedroom. The view is stunning and offers great opportunities to watch Lake Conroe wildlife. There is a convenient private boardwalk for April Point South residents and visitors. Fishing is great right out the back door and storing your boat in the water is permitted for guests. You will never get tired of the view from the kitchen, dining and living room of beautiful Lake Conroe. Paddle boards make a great addition to the property offering hours of fun. Life jackets in multiple sizes available and required for use. In February 2025, we added some beautiful updates to our property including full interior paint, trim and doors, renovated bathrooms and new furniture! You won’t be disappointed with the attention to detail in this beautiful property. Come and get “HipNautic on Lake Conroe” in this peaceful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo.
