Excellent property/holiday

We stayed for two weeks in the property and found it excellent. 3 bedrooms all with ensuite. Pool is walk in and a decent size. The sun is on the rear (pool/patio) area all day. WiFi kept dropping and better directions for arrival.

Me and my partner had a lovely stay at number 14 for his 30th birthday! The villa was exactly as described, very clean, good size bedrooms, lovely pool and outdoor arear, we can't fault any of it. It is in a good location, not hard to get to the main Protaras strip with a bus stop right at the end of the road or if you fancied a stroll, only takes roughly 20 mins. Loved how it was close to the beach and local shops. My partners family were staying in the hotel next door and came out to surprise him; we were surprised that although the hotel was so close it wasn't noisy at all.The host were great at communicating with any questions we had, this was our first villa holiday so we had a lot of questions and they were so quick and helpful with responses! We would definitely stay here again in the near future, our only issue was that we didn't stay longer! If you are planning to stay here, please look out for the tabby cat that likes to come to the backdoor, we named her Cindy and she's super friendly. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Thank you for your lovely review. We're glad Green Bay Villa #14 was just as described and that you enjoyed the clean, spacious bedrooms, pool and outdoor area — and that it made for a great 30th birthday celebration. It's good to hear the location, nearby beach and shops, and the bus stop were convenient, and that the neighbouring hotel didn't disturb your stay. We're pleased our communication helped for your first villa holiday. Cindy the tabby sounds delightful! We look forward to hosting you again. Warm regards, La Mer Homes

Exceptional

Beautiful, modern villa, all 3 bedrooms en-suite plus another shower room/bathroom downstairs, lovely, large pool, really clean throughout. Easy to find & access via key lock box. Staff easy to get hold of, I needed an adapter for hairdryer, maintenance brought me one around, brilliant customer service. Only booked a few days before staying at a brilliant price! We have stayed at various villas in Cyprus over the last 14 years & this one was one of the best! Cannot recommend any better....Thank you so much for a lovely stay at your gorgeous villa 😊 Can’t fault it, Everything perfect.
