This is a true beachfront property, where the sea feels close enough to touch. From sunbeds and terraces to bedrooms and dining areas, the water is always in view — often giving the feeling of being on a boat.
The property sits within 4,000 sqm of lush gardens, filled with hundreds of plant species, including rare varieties that are difficult to grow in this part of Greece. Paths, quiet corners and artistic details invite slow exploration, while resident animals are part of everyday life.
Life here moves outdoors: garden dining, shaded seating areas, sunrise coffees, evening light, frog sounds by the pond and Mediterranean sunsets. Beach essentials are provided — sunbeds, umbrellas, towels, snorkeling gear, SUP boards and bicycles — making it easy to enjoy both sea and land without planning.
Inside, the homes combine earthy materials, natural textures and artistic touches, shaped over time rather than designed all at once. Local products, our own olive oil and seasonal garden produce are shared when available.
The location offers both seclusion and access: the sea at your feet, the old port nearby, protected wetlands in the next bay, the Odontotos rack railway 15 minutes away, and mountain lakes and hiking routes within an easy drive.
Above all, this is a place for quiet moments, connection with nature and unhurried living — simple, honest and deeply rooted in its surroundings.
