Très belle maison

Très belle maison, bien décorée, très propre, nous avons passé un super séjour avec ma famille. Nous avons également bien profité de la piscine.

Beautiful home stay

Communication from the outset was excellent, Nina was extremely helpful. She even went to the extent of getting us the loan of a guitar for my son! The house location was close to the main road which made it easily accessible, but road noise wasn’t an issue. It was also close to a few large supermarkets but a car is necessary for grocery shopping. The local village had very few shops and restaurants which meant there was nothing accessible within walking distance. We did find a local restaurant towards the end of our stay which was in a field, serving drinks and a small range of meals, in a very quirky style and setting. The home itself is beautifully decorated, and clearly much loved. We noted an extensive range of crockery, glassware etc, and it was well stocked with bowls, serving dishes, pots and pans. One slight negative was both bathrooms are downstairs but we were aware of this when we booked. The pool area was well set up with furniture and parasols, the owner keeps an eye daily on water levels and quality but asked us to also be diligent to keep the pool operating properly. We loved the outdoor eating area which is covered and cosy, with plenty of crockery, glassware etc. We ate most of our lunches and evening meals here as a family, and played cards in the evenings. We took day trips to Toulouse, Carcassonne and Montauban as well as Auterive, Montesquieu, and the discount centre at Nailloux. A lovely family holiday. Nina was a wonderful host. Thankyou.

Ideal Country Cottage

The cottage in Noé was simply lovely and very comfortable. Aircons in the main room and bedrooms were a gift in the heat of July. The garden, "barn" and pool and exceptional. The kitchen is well appointed and there is a BQ Grill which makes cooking summer meals a delight. Our host Nina, was the highlight of our stay. She is attentive, friendly and knowledgable about the area. We really felt cared for and enjoyed her sparkling personality!

Propreté à revoir !!!

À notre arrivée, notre petit chien s’est fait attaqué par un chat, à aucun moment nous n’avions été prévenu de la présence d’un chat. Cela nous a un peu refroidi mais c’est ensuite que nous avons désenchanté !! Le jardin n’était pas tondu en totalité (après un questionnement auprès de la propriétaire nous avons appris que sa tondeuse était tombée en panne) mais c’est surtout sa réaction qui nous a abasourdi en nous disant : le jardin est assez grand pour que vous n’occupiez pas la partie non tondue, vous n’avez qu’à déplacer le salon de jardin !! Mais le plus rédhibitoire pour nous a été la saleté !!! A l’ouverture de la porte d’entrée nous avons découvert un soutient-gorge sur le sol près d’un fauteuil et au fur et à mesure de la découverte de la maison nous avons pu constater que la maison n’était pas propre et surtout qu’il y avait les affaires personnelles (vêtements …) de la propriétaire un peu partout. Sous les lits beaucoup de poussière et dans une des chambres, des mouchoirs sales, une bouteille vide et énormément de choses. Nous avons donc quitté la maison le lendemain. C’est la 1ère fois que nous avons ce genre de problème avec une location. Et dernière chose si vous chercher le silence cette maison ne vous conviendra pas car l’autoroute passe au bout du jardin !

Romantic and cozy Christmas house

We had a wonderful stay in this house. It's very cozy decoreted and has a large, very nice garden. The house is fully equiped and has comfortabel beds The owner very reactive and pleasant in her contact with us. The village is very small, but Toulouse is a beautiful town to visit and several lakes are nearby.

Nice & charm vacation home

Our stay was great, easy access, nice & clean pool, enough yard to make happy our jack Russell and Nina, the owner, trying to make everything easy. I not rank it with a 10 due to two things, 1) It is close to a high route so it is a bit noisy and 2) it was very difficult to close the home with the keys, most of the days we couldn't do it although the fence door works excellent.

Property was clean and tidy and managed to a very high standard. Property manager Nina was an amazing host catering to our every need. Excellent holiday experience for all the family. Hoping to return again next year.

Très belle maison

Maison très agréable et grande ainsi que le jardin. Le seul point négatif est la proximité avec l’autoroute, mais on s’habitue vite au bruit de circulation. La propriétaire est adorable, au service de ses vacanciers.

Maison très agréable

La maison, le jardin, la piscine... tout est joli, confortable, entretenu et bien équipé. Et la propriétaire aux petits soins. La climatisation partout est parfaite pour les jours de canicule et la bache pour recouvrir la piscine a permis de la garder très chaude. Il faut aussi savoir que la maison est proche d'une autoroute qui traverse le village : il y a un bruit de fond, qu'on oublie vite.

Semaine très agréable avec des ados

De passage pour un stage de ski nautique à muret, nous avons occupé cette jolie petite maison et son très grand et joli jardin riche de senteurs durant une semaine. Nina a su nous rendre le séjour encore plus confortable en répondant rapidement à nos demandes et en anticipants mêmes certaines. 😉. La maison est très fonctionnelle pour 7 personnes, et le jardin bien plus encore ... Déjeuner et dîner face à la piscine abrités du soleil et même de quelques gouttes de pluie passagères est très agréable. Petit bémol pour le bruit de l’autoroute à certains moments qui pour autant se fait vite oublier !

Confort et bien etre

Accueil très chaleureux et de qualité de la proprietaire dont la préoccupation évidente est le bien etre de ses locataires jusque dans les plus petits détails. Une propriété très agréable à vivre en famille : une maison confortable et soignée, un grand et joli espace exterieur agrémenté d'une piscine bien équipée. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cette adresse.
