ATTENTION WE ONLY RENT BY WEEK , MINIMUM DURATION 7 NIGHTS  

From 903 EUROS/WEEK + Tax & Homeaway Fees

Beautiful Apartment F4 of 80 M2, Bright, crossing with 3 bedrooms, Beautiful living room with open kitchen, bathroom, independent WC and Laundry. 

A Pretty Terrace completes the apartment to fully enjoy the sunny days of our South of France.
The apartment is intended to accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

The Apartment is located at the foot of the Palace of the Kings of Mallorca, 5 minutes walk from the pedestrian areas with Restaurants, Coffee shops, Shops, Museums. It is the charm of the living atmosphere of the hypercentre of Perpignan. 

The apartment is fully equipped: Beds, Dressings, Tables, chairs, plates, glasses, Household appliances ( Hood , Induction cooking table, Microwave combo oven, Fridge, freezer top, Washing machine, Dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron .... ) 
The apartment is fully furnished, the occupants have only to drop off their suitcases and enjoy their stay in Perpignan and its region .

Sheets are provided, thank you to bring your bathroom towels

The Terrace with its Pergola is THE Room in More of the Apartment; With a Relaxing Corner-Aperitif, a Dining Corner, a Lazy Corner and a Plancha Corner 
On the Terrace you will also find the Laundry room with washing machine, freezer top, sink, cleaning kit, vacuum cleaner and iron.

WIFI Internet available for free

Possibility covered parking public for a 50 euros/week package: The Parking is less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment ( Optional) 
The vehicle must not exceed 190cm in height. 

A Deposit of 500 euros (cheque or cashed) will be requested when entering the apartment, this deposit will be returned after the check-out is there is no damage in the apartment.

Wonderful apartment

We spent a great week in this beautiful apartment in Perpignan and the surrounding area. The owner Patrice is a great host and always available. The apartment is in great condition and the location is ideal for either diving into the city life of Perpignan, going to the beach or driving into the pyrenees. Conclusion: simple recommendable. We will remember this week for a long time. Thank you Patrice for your hospitality

A visit by a old friend

Das Appartement ist ein Traum mit seinerwunderschönen Dachterasse und Patriceder Eigentümer war ein wirklich zuvorkommender und toller Vermieter.Perpignan ist zwar nicht gerade das Aushängeschild für französische Städteaber das Umland hat wundervolle Strände und lebhafte kleine Ortschaften.Unbedingt zu empfehlen ist die Zugfahrt mit dem Gelben Zug durch die Pyrenäen!Teilweise fühlt man sich als wäre man in den Alpen. Auch ist ein Abstecher nach Gerona ( Spanien) und z.B mit dem Bistro La Fabrica zu empfehlen oder nach Empuriabrava und der Rückfahrt an der Küstenstraße in Richtung PortVendres.Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch Ceret und Thuir. Alles wunderbare kleine Städte.

Impeccable, en tous points!

Mes deux filles et moi-même avons adoré notre séjour dans ce très grand appartement. Et que dire que la terrasse exceptionnelle qui donne sur les toits de Perpignan? Elle était fabuleuse. L'espace est très fonctionnel, les meubles en excellent état et l'appartement extrêmement propre. L'accueil par Patrice a été exceptionnel et il a été très avenant à notre égard. :) Je recommande fortement un séjour à cet endroit - tout était parfait.

Super séjour

Notre hôte était très accueillant : l'appartement était très propre, de l'eau pétillante, de l'eau plate, une bouteille de rosé étaient au frais et des spécialités régionales nous ont été offertes lorsque nous avons pris possession des lieux. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et avons pu profité du roof top tous les jours (gros plus pour cet appartement agréablement aménagé), encore merci !!

Appartement agréable, très bon standing

Merci à Patrice pour son accueil très chaleureux, ses attentions et conseils sur la Région. Appartement aménagé avec soin et goût, propre, moderne, bien équipé. Superbe terrasse pour des apéros et soirées d'été très agréables. Nous avons passé deux belles semaines avec des activités diverses sur la région. Le parking proche était une très bonne solution. Très bel appartement terrasse

Propriétaire très accueillant, agréable et serviable. Appartement très bien décoré, toit terrasse bien agencé malgré un manque d'ombrage, et d'intimité, dommage que le quartier ne soit pas en adéquation avec ce beau logement. Proximité du centre ville et du palais des rois de Majorque, appréciable.
