Really enjoyed the area - have stayed there several times in the past. Easy to check-in and out. Only slight complaint would be that the floors were not cleaned/mopped. We took care of that...loved having 2 golf carts...

The place was very nice and perfect for what we need. The 2 golf carts is very nice to have. The access to beach was perfect. The host was easy to contact and was there quick when things were needed would definitely stay there again. Also the neighbors are awesome!!!

Very nice host! Very clean! Located in a very nice community! Nice hot tubs and pools! Enjoyed the location close to beach! Love the size of house! Golf carts fun very helpful for elderly guests!

Wasn't clean there was dirty dishes in the cabinets, wasn't aware that the units are sperated from each other which makes it hard when u have kids, air conditioner went out we called the host/owner she wouldn't answer us we had to go to the main office to have them get in contact with her when she finally answered us she was very rude told us to open the windows which remind you it's 101 degrees out also told us to sleep down stairs when there is only 4 beds and not all of us was couples we had to sleep on the floors for 2 days, also could of been more supplies only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and only 1 roll paper towels per unit only 3 dish pods for both units and we booked for a week, down stairs ac leaks we had to put a pot under it to catch the water, MOLD on both bathroom ceilings and walls told her about it she hung up on us, racks In upstairs fridge missing bottom drawers are broke ceiling fan down stairs doesn't work upstairs microwave is broke door won't stay shut, this place is by far the worst place we had stayed in.

Check in was confusing. VRBO directions were different than owners message which I do not see. She was available and it was corrected immediately. Other minor issues which were all resolved quickly by the owner. Would definitely stay again!

Not clean, no trash bags-had to buy some, no paper towels-had to buy some, no broom-had to ask for it, master comforter had food on it that was dried. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. All showers were clogged. One dish cloth only no extra. Stains on all couches upstairs and downstairs. Wi-fi was new and reset, instructions in book were not updated. Absolutely no yard at all. Not enough room for parking unless you have a small car. Neighbors on one side were extremely annoying and kept telling us that other neighbors complained about our dogs not being on a leash, although they were, and complained about our 2 year old grandson riding his balance bike on concrete driveways up and down the road. Will not be returning to this place or the community.

I never got to stay there due to the fact that somehow it was double booked. She stated that she didn't have it double booked but the property manager showed me were it was double book and my name was not on there it was a whole diffrent rental.

We had an amazing time! The house is wonderful, very close to everything. The only drawback is we had large vehicles so parking was tricky, but that was the only issue :)
