Incredible Ski Lodge in the Best Possible Ski-in Ski-out Location in Åre

With genuine Ski in/Ski out, at the top of Åre Sadeln, you can ski from our Ski-lodge, with all amenities, straight into Åre's ski system. Stay in the child-friendly Björnen area or head over to Åre village and up Åre's peak "Skutan", or why not seek out the mountain and come back home via off-piste on Åre's "back side"?

The house is built and furnished to the highest standard so that larger groups can socialize in a lovely environment without crowding. On the upper floor (entrance level), guests are welcomed in a large entrance hall before stepping into the heart of the house, a large open living room area with a sofa group and fireplace in front of panoramic windows facing the mountain world. To the right is a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen to hang out in, with a kitchen island and bar stools. To the left, the sliding doors open to the house's unique lounge with library, pool table and a bar for après-ski and ski movies.

On the lower level, you are met by a large common room with a large TV and a sofa group for TV/board games with adults and children. On one side of the common room is an office for those who may need to work for a few hours and on the other side is the ski hall - where changing and exit/entrance for skiing takes place. Directly outside the front door is one of two ski storage rooms. You step on your skis directly outside the door and slide down 20m to the piste below the house.

The house consists of 4 double rooms and 2 rooms with two separate beds each. There are two spacious bathrooms with showers downstairs, one of which has a sauna, and a separate WC. Upstairs there is another bathroom with shower. The accommodation offers a stove, a well-equipped kitchen, cable TV, broadband/wifi, washing machines, dryers and drying cabinets, a Sonos sound system and a fantastic view of both Åreskutan and Åresjön from the balconies and terraces around the house.

For families with small children, a high chair, cot, changing table and baby gate are of course available. However, we would like to draw the attention to families with small children to the fact that interior design and some design furniture are not fully compatible with small children in terms of spills/food residues etc.
