Our stay in this property was fantastic

Our stay in this property was fantastic. Located just a short Uber ride away from the centre of Malaga and a 20 min walk from Lidl, the property is ideal for those looking to balance relaxation and tranquility with exploration and sightseeing. Myself and my group were able to enjoy a weeks stay In this beautiful property, which included a large pool, barbecue, kitchen space and plentiful outside dining and social space. The host (despite speaking little English) was always available and contactable to answer any questionsqueries we had throughout our stay. The check in and check out process was smooth and hassle free, meaning we got to maximise the time we had to enjoy and explore Malaga. I would recommend cubo’s holiday homes and this individual property to anyone looking to balance down time and exploration in Malaga.

cubos holiday home we a group of 6 thought about going to malaga for trip and found this place hidden with only one prior review we were hesitant at first but we proceeded ,and all being fair it was one of the best choices we had made .The place is on top a hill and looks down at the surrounding area a perfect view accompanied by a swimming pull to help you relax,the hill it is on is quite steep so taxis are usually a must but if you can look past this and the fact that a taxi is cheap to the house the is a lovely spot.each room of the house was meticulous and had clean sheets and towels .we enjoyed are stay tremendously and we would recommend this to anyone looking for a get away.

Villa Puerto de la Torre

A very beautiful villa perched on a hilltop over looking Malaga with its own swimming pool. The owner Inma, very nice helpful lady who is always present to answer our questions and help us in anyway she can. I highly recommend this villa and will definitely be going back.

Very nice place to stay with very pleasant and helpful owner living near by. This place had everything we needed with an excellent view of the mountains, it catches the sun all day long but there is plenty of areas to sit in the shade if you want to. Parking is easy on the street. Well equipped kitchen and a great bbq area

Zuerst mal danke an Imna, die Besitzerin, für ihre tolle Hilfsbereitschaft. Die Kommunikation mit ihr verlief zwar hauptsächlich über Übersetzungsprogramme, doch dieses klappte gut und die anfallenden Anfangsprobleme wurden zum größten Teil auch schnell erledigt. Die Lage und die Außenanlage mit Pool und Grillplatz sind einfach super, sodass wir 10 schöne Tage in der Villa verbringen durften. Wegen der Lage der Villa ist ein Auto dringend zu empfehlen.

Dieses Haus hat seine besten Tage hinter sich.

Bereits die Anfahrt fordert den ganzen Fahrer, denn die ansteigende Straße ist kurvenreich und einspurig. Die Übernahme des Hauses klappte problemlos, da die Kontaktperson gleich nebenan wohnt. Sie spricht ausschließlich Spanisch, aber mit Google Übersetzer klappt die Verständigung.Beim Betreten des Hauses merkt man gleich, dass es renoviert und auch grundgereinigt werden müsste. Zwar stimmen die Fotos mit der Einrichtung überein, aber das Aufnahmedatum ist wohl schon einige Jahre her, so dass die Möbel in die Jahre gekommen sind. Sofa und Stühle sind durchgesessen und fleckig, allerdings wurden die Stühle nach ein paar Tagen erneuert. Die Küchenmöbel sind schmierig,unter der Spüle sogar unhygienisch. Sämtliche Toilettenbrillen sind lose, ein Deckel ganz ab. Auf einen Hinweis unsererseits bekamen wir die Antwort: "Ja, ich weiß,den muss ich reparieren." Es passierte aber nichts. In allen Bädern und in der Küche sind Deckenstrahler kaputt. Die Warmwasserversorgung ist im gesamten Haus unzureichend, man müsste das Wasser sehr lange ablaufen lassen, damit es warm wird, was man aber im wasserarmen Spanien eigentlich vermeiden möchte. Also duscht man mit kaltem Wasser. Auch die Küchenausstattung ist nicht ausreichend für 6 Personen, es fehlt an Kaffeebechern, Messern, Töpfen usw. Die Liegenauflagen am Pool sind zerschlissen. Der Pool an sich wurde nicht gereinigt. Das Wlan funktionierte einwandfrei, das Fernsehprogramm bietet nur spanische Sender. Abends ist es ruhig, wenn man von den bis weit in die Nacht hinein bellenden Hunden der Nachbarschaft absieht. Insgesamt sind wir sehr enttäuscht von diesem Haus.

Das Haus liegt in eine perfekte Lage, schön oben und man hat kein Nachbarn über sich und man fühlt sich auf keinen Fall in Pool beobachtet. Der Garten ist gross hat sehr gute Grill bei der pool draussen mit allem was man braucht. Die Zimmern sind schön gross das Elternzimmer hat WC und Bad mit eigenen Eingang. Die Küche ist gross und man hat alles was man braucht sowie auch das Wohnungszimmer. Vom Haus her fahrt man etwa 8 - 10 min bis Autobahnanschluss.

Fantastic stay and superb holiday! Really recommend the villa! Great value for money!

The best thing about the villa was the garden, the pool and the outside chill area with fridge, bbq and music!The owners were super friendly, no question remained unanswered and they are willing to go the extra mile for the guests. Absolutely great!

Relax total

Hemos estado 4 personas durante una semana en la Villa Puerta de la Torre y hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa, sobre todo del exterior, ya que tienen dos porches, uno donde esta la barbacoa, donde te encuentras con una mesa grande para 6 ó mas personas. Una cámara de frío donde puedes meter bebidas y disfrutar. El otro porche esta equipado de sillones y mesa, donde se puede disfrutar de un agradable desayuno. Toda la parte exterior es un paraíso, muy cómoda la zona para comer. También en el exterior esta la piscina, con hamacas. Es una casa en la que te apetece estar al aire libre siempre...está muy bien equipada. El interior es muy espacioso, salon grande con zona de relax con dos sofas grandes y tele. Zona de comer, con mesa y silla para 6 o más personas. Cocina bien equipada. 3 baños, 1 en la primera planta, 2 en la segunda, donde se encuentran las 3 habitaciones. Tanto en salón como en habitaciones hay aire acondicionado. La propietaria Inma muy atenta, cuando llegamos nos recomendó un restaurante para comer y comimos muy bien. También nos recomendó sitios donde poder comprar pan, churros...etc. Trato perfecto. Se podrían mejorar las sillas del salón, ya que los respaldos y los asientos de algunas sillas no estaban en buen estado.
