On the ground floor is the living room, kitchen, bathroom with hot water, 2 bedrooms and front and rear balcony. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with private bathroom, hot water and a porch.
All bedrooms does have double beds, wardrobe and fans. One bedroom has an additional single bed and a baby bed making the total capacity of the property 9 adults +1 children.

All 4 bedrooms does have air conditioning as well.

From the porch on the second floor you can enjoy a beautiful view of the island and you can enjoy a cool breeze in your hammock.



There is also a swimming pool included to chill out.

Great Base to Explore the Island.

We had the privilege of renting this spacious home and property for 67 days. While we were never concerned about our personnel safety on Curacao, it was nice to have our rental property gated. The house is as pictured. It is spacious, clean and the kitchen was stocked for meal preparation. Due to delayed flights and getting lost we were six hours late but we were met by very friendly and helpful family members who showed us around the house and responded to our questions Having our private washroom and shower was great! We used the pool almost everyday even when we came back from snorkeling. It was nice to relax in before starting supper. The house is close to all the east end activities and Punda. It is about an hour of easy driving to the snorkeling sites on the west end of the island. We ate all our meals in the front porch under citronella candle light to keep the black-flies (?) away. As I was a favorite target I also used bug repellent. We enjoyed our stay and especially dealing with the landlord and his family. They went way beyond being just helpful. Rey was always available to assist with local information even though he was in Netherlands. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again! Thank-you for everything

That's our Villa Mila motto. But by the way; you and your wife are also wonderful people. Our family really enjoy getting to know you and they indicated that you are an excellent guest to accept in any rental property worldwide. So our house is always there for you and we will be glad to welcome you back. Het contact tussen verhuurder en huurder was vriendelijk en open.Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien en het was schoon.Er was alleen een probleem met het zwembad maar dat is onderling geregeld en verzorgd.De tuin is netjes en ruim en er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor de auto.De gehele tuin is omheind en afgesloten.We hebben er met de gehele familie (9 personen) een fantastische vakantie gehad.Kortom dit huis en zijn eigenaren hebben alle moeite gedaan om het ons naar de zin te maken.

De groep was ontzettend fijn om in onze woning te ontvangen. De communicatie verliep vanaf het begin heel prettig, open en betrokken. Ze zijn respectvol met de woning omgegaan en hebben alles keurig achtergelaten na vertrek. Het was echt aangenaam om hen in ons huis te mogen ontvangen en we zouden deze groep zonder twijfel opnieuw verwelkomen. Zeker een aanrader als gasten!

Nette ruime woning met veel privacy en veiligheid

Het is een ideale woning voor een grote groep mensen je loopt elkaar niet in de weg en je hebt voldoende afkoeling dmv airco of ramen en deuren open voor een briesje Je wordt hartelijk ontvangen ook buiten de officiële tijden volgens afspraak door vriendelijke mensen die weten wat een fijn verblijf inhoud Wij raden het iedereen aan en komen zelf zeker nog wel terug
