家電製品を完備したエアコン付きの快適さ。 インターネットWifiの提供 家の前の専用駐車場。

ビーチ（250メートル）に近いアパートは行き止まりなので車でほとんど使われていない道に位置しています。 環境は穏やかで牧歌的で、とても緑色です。 道はブドウ畑を通り、一方でCollioure湾を見下ろすハイキングコース（所有者が用意した計画）へ、そしてもう一方でビーチ（250m）と村（中央10mn〜足）。 ショップは200m先にあります。ベーカリー、食料品店、バー、レストラン、薬局、アンチョビ取引、タバコプレス アメニティが近くにあるので車の使用は無駄です。 入り口からは、Fort St Elmeと古い風車の素晴らしい景色が見えます。

on the outskirts of town...

...is the best, if you like to be able to walk to the nearest foodstore or cafe, and also directly out into the open landscape. Cheap and easy-to-reach bus transportations along the cote Vermeille. No car needed. Very kind and generous hosts. Very nice terrace next to the garden, with afternoon sun.

Erholung in schöner Umgebung

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. - Sehr hilfsbereiter und netter Vermieter - Große Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht - Sehr gute Klimatisierung - Schöne Strände und sehenswerte Umgebung Bei der Anfahrt mit einem sehr großem Auto oder Bus sollte man gut auf beengtem Raum rangieren können. Mit einem VW Touran hat es gut geklappt. Da sich unser Aufenthalt verschoben hatte bekamen wir nicht die abgebildete Ferienwohnung. Dies war aber letztlich kein Problem.

Wonderful holiday

The property is perfect. With a “golden egg” parking on the drive of the property. Parking is certainly at a premium in Collioure. So to return from a day out and know you have a space is great. Michel and Jane were fantastic hosts very welcoming and helpful. There was plenty of room in the apartment for a family, we were only 2. Well equipped kitchen and the added bonus of a really nice terrace. Even in March we were able to make use of it. The beach and the town were 10 minutes walk away. A little uphill walk on the way back but not a problem. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would book again if I returned to Collioure.

Nice gîte, difficult parking

Nice flat, well equipped with all necessities. Two bedrooms, one double bed (a bit short for people over 190) and two single beds (one mattress sagging). A minus was that there are no windows in the bedrooms. However, the a/c in the living room was powerful enough to provide fresh air at night. The flat is in a house at the top of a very steep, very narrow road, and the small and slanting parking space was a challenge with our suv-size car. Host is very friendly and helpful, and Collioure is a lovely town.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans l'appartement de Michel, qui nous a accueillis avec de nombreux conseils de visites et de balades et est resté très disponible pour nous. Le logement est très bien équipé, et la terrasse est le joyau de cette location. Elle offre une vue magnifique sur les Albères. Les plages sont accessibles facilement à pieds, en moins de dix minutes, mais l'appartement, situé sur les hauteurs de la ville, reste malgré tout isolé des bruits de la ville. La petite montée du chemin pour y accéder reste tout à fait faisable, même avec de jeunes enfants. En résumé nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

Formidable

Tout le calme de la campagne à 300 m de la plage et 800 m du centre-ville. Formidable accueil du propriétaire, très réactif pour les petits tracas liés à la location (Une des machine à laver en panne à notre arrivée : remplacée en 3 jours, lave-vaisselle rendant lame : remplacé en 4 jours mais rassurez vous, juste la faute à pas de chance car l'appartement et les parties communes sont nickels). La grande terrasse offre une vue superbe sur le jardin et les Albères, la pièce à vivre est grande et agréable, (et les meubles magnifiques pour les amateurs d'art déco). Attention en revanche pour les personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer : la résidence est au sommet d'une côte brève (200 m) mais raide et il y a une belle volet de marches à descendre pour attendre l'appartement. En dehors de cette petite mise en garde je ne peux que recommander cette location.

Staying in the Collioure vineyards

Our 10 day stay here was wonderful. The apartment looks out onto pretty gardens and vineyards up a lane not far from the town. Peace and quiet in the countryside just minutes from the beach, shops and cafes. The apartment is comfortable and well furnished with everything you need. It has a lovely south westerly facing terrace. All in all a beautiful place to stay.

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung liegt nur 5 Gehminuten vom Strand und der Innenstadt entfernt. Die Lage ist super ruhig und man hat einen schönen Ausblick in den Garten und die Weinberge.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables dans un appartement au calme mais proche du centre ville de Collioure. Le propriétaire est très à l'ecoute et aux petits soins pour les locataires. Il nous a indiqué plein de petites ballades à faire. Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour.

Super Urlaub!

Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung "Raoul Dufy" sehr genossen. Die Terrasse war wunderschön mit Blick auf hübsche Gärten und Weinberge in der Ferne. Ein paar Gehminuten den Berg hinab befanden sich Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants. Das Auto brauchten wir nur für Ausflüge. Collioure ist eine Perle und die Umgebung bietet für alle etwas. (Geschichte, Kunst, Wandern, Baden, Wassersport, Einkaufen) Die Ferienwohnung hat eine effiziente Klimaanlage, Wlan, Waschmaschine und genügend Kochgeschirr. Die sehr netten Vermieter Mme und M. Woje begrüßten uns sehr herzlich und gaben uns viele Informationen zur Stadt und Umgebung. Bei Fragen und Problemen konnten wir sie jederzeit ansprechen. Die 1500 km werden uns nicht abhalten in Zukunft wiederzukommen. Aber dann im Frühling! Herzlichen Dank an Mme und M. Woje für einen super Urlaub!

Rust, ruimte, natuur.

In het mooie Collioure huurden wij een prachtig appartement, ruime woning, volledig uitgerust, een prachtig royaal terras , op slechts een paar honderd meter van het stadje en de zee. Het appartement is heerlijk rustig gelegen, heeft een mooi uitzicht. De rustige ligging trok ons enorm aan. We hebben genoten!

Excellent séjour

Venus avec 2 enfants en bas âge, nous avons pu bénéficier d'un appartement particulièrement agréable et propre doté d'une terrasse exceptionnelle. La vue sur les vignes et la montagne nous a enchantés chaque jour. La situation de la résidence est la garantie de calme, de tranquillité et permet un accès rapide au centre de Collioure et de ses plages. Accueil très agréable par le propriétaire qui sait être de bon conseil (allez faire un tour du côté du site des Paulilles...). Bref, un sans faute, je recommande cette résidence sans réserve.

Prachtig.

Het appartement is zeer compleet, met een mooi terras, waar je ,s ochtends heerlijk kunt ontbijten, ,s avonds naar de zonsondergang over de hellingen kunt kijken, genieten met een boek op de ligbedden. Slechts 5- 10 minuten wandelingen tot midden in het dorp, de bakker, het strand, de restaurants. Binnen die paar minuten lopen is er wel een behoorlijk steil stuk van ca 100 meter. Het appartement is heerlijk rustig gelegen, alle privacy gewaarborgd. Je merkt niets van de gezellige rumoerigheid van Collioure. Zeer prettige ontvangst door de eigenaar en met vragen kun je steeds bij hem terecht. Echt een aanrader: wij komen graag terug.

Très agréable séjour, on reviendra.....

Excellent séjour, accueil par le propriétaire très satisfaisante avec de précieux conseils pour la découverte touristique et celui-ci disponible si besoin. Logement très agréable, face aux vignes et sur les hauteurs de Collioure. A 10 mn à pied du centre ville (rues piétonnes) très animées. Situation très calme. La terrasse est géniale et très bien orientée. L'appartement est spacieux, neuf et moderne. Cuisine équipée. Lave linge à disposition. Place de Parking individuel. On a l'impression d'être dans une maison et pas dans un logement. Proche des plages et commerces. Wifi excellent. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine car c'est une location rapport/qualité prix excellent. Merci pour cet agréable séjour. A bientôt Muriel

Paradise with a beautiful view!

We spent a wonderful two weeks in this lovely apartment. It was exactly as described, and Michel was the perfect host. The apartment was beautifully presented and immaculate, with everything you could wish for. We most enjoyed sitting on the terrace and looking out onto the hillside and the vineyards, strolling into the village in the evenings for a meal at one of the many restaurants or just a drink at a bar. Collioure is a delightful village, with something new to see around every corner, and with the opportunity to get away from it all by walking through the vineyards up to Fort St Elme to admire the view. We're already planning our return! Thank you Michel and Jeanine.

Birthday Holiday in Collioure

We were lucky enough to stay in this lovely apartment for the occasion of my birthday on the 25th June and then staying on in the beautiful town of Collioure for a week after that. The apartment was exactly as described and the photos on this site were a very good match for what we discovered when we arrived. The apartment was very clean and in pretty good condition (a small issue was the missing cupboard panel) with all modern conveniences with the exception of washing machine and dish washer - although a washing machine was available in a utility room attached to the wider apartment complex. The air conditioning was very effective and most welcome. The sun terrace was well equipped for dining and soaking up the sun - well designed and laid out to be pretty private despite close proximity of other properties above and besides it. It has an excellent view of the vineyards on the hillside and overlooks the lovely gardens of the owners and their neighbours. Owner Michel and his son Frederic were really helpful and we were able to successfully arrange everything using our bad French and their basic English! The apartment was excellently situated a short walk (5-10 minutes) from the harbour side restaurants, the harbour itself and the town centre. Fort St Elme is a relatively short but quite steep walk away (the apartment is part way up this slope meaning it might present difficulty to older people or those with mobility problems). Collioure is a beautiful town full of interesting shops, bars and restaurants as well as a very busy market on Sundays and Wednesdays. We had a really enjoyable holiday here and would recommend it to other couples or small families.

Excellent séjour !

L'appartement Raoul Dufy est parfaitement conforme à la description, très agréable, bien équipé, avec une très grande terrasse très bien aménagée. Idéal pour une famille avec deux enfants comme la notre. La situation de l'appartement, un peu à l'écart mais à distance de marche du centre, est parfaite même aux périodes de fortes affluence (Fêtes de la Saint Vincent). Le propriétaire est accueillant est prodique de très bons conseils pour profiter de la ville et visiter les alentours. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
