I want to start saying that, I NEVER write reviews like this, ever! But this time I have to, to make sure the next guest doesn’t feel what we felt while on vacation.
When you’re in vacation, you’re supposed to be stress free, not our situation. When we arrived the code they gave us, for the door, was not working, I had to call and ask for a new one, that was not a big deal for us, but entering the apartment and seeing that it was not cleaned AT ALL, for our stay, is very frustrating. On the email they send us, charging $150 for the cleaning fee, they say they are professionals cleaners. Nope! Our apartment was full of sand, on the floor, on the recliner, on the bed sheet cover, the sheets was all dirty with little pieces of hair! Disgusting!!! I had to wash our sheets , and go to Walmart and buy a blanket. The master bedroom, bed ( headboard) was so dirty with dusty, that it seems the apartment wasn’t cleaned for over a month, the bunk beds cover sheet was also dirty. The kitchen counter tops was greasy, the sink had tiny pieces of old food, and one of the nastiest thing I’ve seen, was the coffee maker, that had an old coffee filter inside, with MOLD !!! Unacceptable, specially with these covid times! There was also a
Broken chair, on the dinning room table, and plenty of outlets were not working. We had a good time at the beach, as a family, but not a good time in this apartment. It really needs a lot of TLC and a a really good deep cleaning.
