Unbelievable Magical Experience

We are locals who got to stay here for 2 weeks while we waited to move into our apartment. The views from this apartment are spectacular; you can see all the important landmarks all around the city. All the windows bring such great light and breezes throughout the apartment which is very comfortable with great style and well designed. Shall we talk about the terrace?? Wonderful for coffee in the morning, relaxing in sun in the afternoon and romantic at sunset. Ana is an amazing host who provides a clean, CV-19 safe environment. We loved this place and I’m sure you will too!

A fantastic week in a wonderful city

We spent a wonderful week over Christmas in Valencia and a large part of it certainly had to do with Ana's apartment. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, it is very well furnished and tastefully decorated and is located in the old town of Valencia, only a 5-minute walk from Plaza de la Reina and Turia Park. The penthouse with two large balconies is on the 6th floor with a view over the historic city. Despite the pulsating life of a big city, it is very quiet in a beautiful area.

Perfect penthouse in old Valencia

There are so many positives about this lovely rental. Let's start with its location right in the heart of the old city within walking distance of many if not most of the city's sites. There are restaurants galore mere steps away and markets to buy necessities just down the street. The main Central Market is also very walk-able. The apartment itself is a charm. It starts with a comfortable bedroom and a great queen-sized bed. Access to the bed on the left is effectively at floor level so those who are less agile need to be careful. The bedroom has ample large closets and its own air conditioner/heater. The living dining area is nicely and efficiently equipped with an L-shaped sofa that doubles as an extra bed, a TV with local channels, and a small tables with 4 chairs. Again, very efficient and comfortable. The Kitchen is amazing with a wall of windows overlooking the city, two balconies with extendable awnings, and equipped with everything one would need to keep oneself fed. A convention stove top, a full fridge and freezer, a pantry with some basics and a coffee maker with (very strong) coffee pods provided. Another feature of this penthouse is that it is private. Because it is located at the top of the building, it is not easily viewed by any of the surrounding buildings, most of which are lower. The unit is effectively on the roof of a 5-storey building which is serviced by a good elevator. However, there is still one flight of stairs from the 5th to the penthouse. Finally, we were met on the first day by the owner's cousin who was most helpful in showing us how everything worked and helping us with our bags on that final flight of stairs. The owner, Ana, remained in contact at all times, to ensure our needs were being fulfilled. We left the apartment with the clear determination to return - it is that good!

A great venue to visit Valencia.

Ana was a perfect host, helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Her apartment is spotlessly clean, recently refurbished and very well equipped. The location is ideal as it’s centrally situated for everything you need. We would definitely recommend this rental.
