Available Selected Weeks!! -- The Grand Ocean is one of Marriott's premier properties on Hilton Head Island. This is a 2-bdrm/2-bath villa (with full kitchen, washer/dryer and more), and is located right along the beach with easy access from anywhere on the resort. They have several pools, hot tubs, and grill stations. Access to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. is very convenient. This is a large property so there are great activities for families, or perhaps for friends looking to rent a place together. Parking is gated and each villa may use up to two parking passes (one inside the garage and one outside).
(Note: we can explore availability on other dates, though during the summer months this can be very limited at this resort. Also, pricing may vary depending on the dates.)

For the past 24 years, we have lived in the Washington, DC area (Maryland to be specific). We have two teenage boys (17 and 14). Both my wife and I work full time: she is President of a trade association, and I work at a Museum in DC.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
Marriott properties are reliably of very nice quality. We discovered Hilton Head several years back. Coming from Maryland, it's within our driving range and offers a more relaxed atmosphere than more populated beaches, for example, Myrtle Beach. Over the years, we have stayed at a few of the vacation club resorts on Hilton Head Island, and while all are very nice, we prefer Grande Ocean. The resort is right on the beach with two short access points. There are plenty of activities to consider on the resort (both for adults and kids). The location of the resort is within a mile of Coligny Circle (a center with shops and restaurants), so a pretty easy walk or bike ride. It suits us well and we plan to continue staying here when we can.

If you search for top vacation properties in Hilton Head, Grande Ocean is routinely among the very top identified. The location of the resort is very convenient for trips off property by car, bike or just a walk/run. The way the property is organized there really are no villas without great access to the pools, beaches and activities. There are many families here, and we have found it easy to mix and mingle or escape the chaos to the privacy of our villa. They have gas grilling stations located around the property that makes cooking in that much easier.
