新しくフェンスで囲まれたプライベートの4 bdrmコテージを更新しました。 パティオとグリル付きの日陰のプライベートヤードを見渡す広いリビングルーム。 家族をビーチに連れて行き、ゲストに無料で提供されるカヤックやパドルボードでスプリングレイクでの外出をお楽しみください。 その後、ゲストに提供された自転車に飛び乗って、街を自転車で下りて町で夜を過ごします。 または、わずか数分の距離にあるグランドヘイブンまたはホフマスタービーチで1日を楽しんだ後、コテージに戻って火のそばでグリルしてリラックスした夜をお過ごしください。

Good priced place to stay for the whole family

How was nice, plenty of places to sleep and for the kids to play and the neighborhood was quiet with plenty of activities close.

Family Getaway

This was a great location for our family get away. Nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and a grocery store. Quick drive over to Grand Rapids to visit the zoo and children's museum. If we make it back to Grand Haven we would love to stay here again!

Enjoyable time with family.

House has all the necessities for an enjoyable stay. Comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Spring Lake itself, trails for cycling or walking, convenient for essential shopping. Five minutes to Grand Haven. Would recommend.

Good size house for our family. Being able to use the kayak and paddle board was great. Would have been nice to have a little more direction on launch sites and public beach.

Great Spot

We loved our time at this house. It was a great spot for family to gather and enjoy the activity-rich area. The host was very accommodating and helpful. Make sure you read the welcome email for key info. Would recommend this spot to anyone.

The inside was very clean, the beach was great as the city of Gran Haven is a 5 minute drive away. Outside of house could use some tender loving care.

Great place for extended family

We had a great time. There was plenty of room. We went to the beach, rode the bikes, took the kayaks out, and used the fire pit. We enjoyed it all. Thanks so much.

family vacation

we enjoyed our stay at the property. the location was very nice and walking distance to the public access at spring lake. it was clean and accommodated the whole family. the only downfall was it had 1 bathroom and the beds were old, sunk in and very uncomfortable. the property could use some updated furniture and some cooking pans that aren’t rusty! other than that we had a great experience!

Cute area

The property was everything listed. There are beds galore if you have a big group. The house is very simple but has all you need. The host was super responsive and friendly. We enjoyed walking to the beach and to shops and restaurants in Spring Lake. Grand Haven is only 10 minutes away so there is no shortage of things to do. Over, quite pleased with our stay.

Brothers bachelor party

It was an awesome experience. The property was clean and so spacious. We loved the fact the fire pit looked over the bay window so we could watch TV and enjoy a fire all at the same time. There was a good amount of sleeping arrangements so that worked out nice. The owner was very helpful and polite. And having the kayaks and bikes to use was super nice. Above all we had a awesome time.

Good location

If you’re just using this home as a base for things like Grand Haven, Lake Michigan, Michigan’s Adventure, this is a great place. Lots of space for multiple families. Outside of home needs a lot of TLC including backyard. Inside was clean but beds were old and couches were pretty uncomfortable. Didn’t use the kayaks as the launch point is a couple blocks walk and didn’t want to deal with that.

All was good except for the "beach"

Everything was really nice. The weather was perfect and the fire pit in the back was great. The only "issues" would be that the "beach" was a patch of sand and maybe 20 square feet of "beach" and the swimming area was cut off pretty small. Also, the grill could have been cleaner but was not a priority this trip. Great communication with the owner and check in was easy as well. Thanks, we do plan to come back next year

Family Vacation

We were a little disappointed to find that instead of four separate rooms two of the rooms were actually connected by the same door so there wasn’t as much privacy as we had expected. Awesome, the beach while in walking distance, isn’t quite walking distance to carry kayaks and paddleboard. So we never ended up using those. The house had all of the towels and sheets and kitchen supplies that we could have needed and was in a nice neighborhood. We had great communication with the owner and had no problems with the rental overall. We would definitely recommend as long as people were aware of the space and slightly different than expected location.

Grand Haven was Grand

There is plenty of room, one room has 2 full size beds with a bunk bed in an adjacent room. Fire pit in the back yard and enclosed fenced in to keep the youngsters from wandering away. Beach within walking distance and grand Haven a 10 minute ride away to enjoy the small town feel.

Wonwn’s Spring Lake Golf Invitational

My friends and I come to Spring Lake each year for the golf invitational. Due to injury, only two of us made it to the cottage. It was very comfortable and relaxing for us during four days of competition golf. A lot of women come to Spring Lake for the Invitational and need rental accommodations for four nights.

Family friendly

A well maintained home and property. Very suitable for family vacation. Kitchen well stocked with essentials for cooking etc. Spacious living room for relaxing and sleeping arrangements quite adequate. Although small , nice local beach for swimming and relaxing and, of course, only about a ten minute trip to Grand Haven and Lake Michigan beaches. Overall, an excellent choice for us.

Low key girls bachlorette beach weekend getaway!

We had a great time! You would never have guessed it was as big inside as it was! We didn't have any issues, and it was so clean ! With 8 ladies it would have been nice to have a 1/2 bath but other than that it was exactly what we needed. So nice to be together in one place vs. a hotel! Just wish we had more time to spend there. I would definately go back!!!!

Convenient comfy stay

Nice and relaxing, accommodating for family plus more. Comfy beds, clean house. Walk to beach and lake. Bike and kayak rentals a plus! Enjoyed grilling our own supper and having smores over a late night fire.
