This is a beautifully renovated apartment with modern decor, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Although on the 5th floor, there is a small elevator that works very well (and talks to you). The kitchen is excellent with an induction stove-top, full refrigerator/freezer, microwave (you'll need to dig out the instructions from the box in the far right cupboard), and all the necessary utensils, dishes and glassware. There is a pod coffee maker that didn't work that well for us so we boiled water in the microwave - there is no kettle and that is pretty much the only thing missing. The shower is a dream with both horizontal and vertical jets and the beds are comfortable. Very cool powered shutters are on all of the windows and there are lots of interesting lighting choices.
The location is very good, just a 15 min walk to the train station and about 15 min to the Mezquita and other main sites. A very good grocery store is just a few doors away.
Our only issue was the check-in process. There is no one on site to greet you, so they want you to download an App that opens the building door, then the apartment door, after which you find the keys in the apartment. Failing that, they can open the doors remotely if you phone the management company in Madrid. Since our phones were only set up to work with WiFi this was a problem, and we ended up racking up $20 in roaming fees to get into the apartment. If you have a data roaming plan you should be fine. Other than that, previous communications with the management company were pretty good although we received many pre-arrival messages regarding the App etc. from them (often duplicates).
Despite the check-in issue, this was the nicest accommodation we had in Spain, far exceeding expectations. I can't recommend it enough!
