Family holiday

Excellent villa with fantastic views over Pescia . Perfect for large family gatherings . Owners live on site but are very discreet , you don’t see them but they are there if needed .

Excellent villa and location

Great house, a lot of space for 10 people, we only missed a few stuff that should be included in the house such as hairdryer, wineglsses, and some kitchen supply. There are 3 restaurants near by that are really good, gonna miss them a lot! The views and pool are amazing. There is a long step road that leads to the house and its not easy to walk if you are elderly or injured. God waterpressure in showers and bathtub. Very clean and the service from the landlords are good they live right under the house and are really friendly. Big thanks for givning us a great family vacation!

The property is only a few km from Pescia, a nice little town with several good restaurants. The pool and pool area are nice enough with a shallow pool and adequate plastic loungers and plastic chairs. The patio has a nice view with a plastic table and chairs.The house is spacious with comfortable beds. The furnishings are fine, but not at all luxurious. The kitchen is adequate. I recommend adding a few thoughtful items: paper towels, a couple of kitchen towels, a sponge, some laundry detergent, a few spices, a little olive oil, a small bit of coffee and tea. Raise the price a bit and provide towels and linens. Overall the experience was fine, but the missing items left us feeling the place wasn’t really worth the price.

We were a group of 9 people and the house was perfect for us

We were a group of 9 people and the house was perfect for us. Good bedroom and very nice bathrooms. Daniella, the host, was super. Very quick to respond to any request or question we had. The fact that she lives in the same house goes completely unnoticed. The pool area was very nice and our granddaughter spent lots of time in the pool. The first day we arrived late at night and that was an interesting drive up the hill. No worries but smaller and sharper turns than your average road. The only thing we would recommend to be improved is in the kitchen where the oven needs to be replaced and the stove top has also seen it best days. But the overall impression is top notch.

Très belle villa

très belle villa, très bien située sur les hauteurs, très belle vue, pas de bruits. Attention derniers virages sérrés pour y arriver ! les key holder sont tres gentils et très discrets (ils habitent en dessous). Salles de bain à l étage refaites, salle de bain du rdc un peu moins bien; elles necessiteraient un peu de réparation mais tout était bien propre. WIFI moyen.

Posto strategico

Salvo l'arrivo in cui la casa all'interno non si presentava ben pulita (devo dire che la proprietà si è attivata prontamente per risolvere questo inconveniente), la casa è un vero paradiso terrestre. Posta in zona silenziosa e ben ventilata, si presta benissimo per vivere momenti di completo relax. Inoltre la sua posizione strategica ci ha permesso di visitare in poco tempo tutte le città d'arte di Firenze, Pisa e Lucca.

Struttura immersa nel verde. Struttura piacevole e comoda in quanto si trova in una posizione strategica e ti permette di spostarti facilmente nei vari posti da vedere (Pescia, Montecatini Terme, Lucca) e in più è vicina al supermercato. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Lovely place to stay with large groups

Lovely place to stay with large groups. More than enough privacy. The family is staying in a house attached to the villa, it didn't bother us. We stayed with a group of 12 but it could have easily accomodate 16 people. Only point of improvement would be to have a bit more cutlery and there were no wine glasses.
