Very quiet two-room apartment with tiny private garden in the interior of a historic building in the heart of Brixen.
Below the Weißer Turm, midst the traffic free zone.
Every landmark within walking distance.
Café's, Restaurants, bakery and more shopping opportunities very nearby.
Enjoy the Oldtown-atmosphere and live like a local.
Brixen Card.
WIFI in apartment and garden.
Free parking.
Private garden.
Ski bus stop near the house.
No pets allowed!

Downtown Hideout is the ideal location for a family. I kindly advise against 4 adults staying for longer than a weekend. The flat instead will be ideal for three adults
or for two adults plus two children.

The Apartment is on the ground floor and offers a fully equipped eat-in Kitchen with a bed couch. The whole apartment has been fully renovated. The Bathroom has a big shower and a washing machine. The Bedroom has a Kingsize bed. There is also a double bed couch. NO TV. The garden is tiny but private.
You can park your bike in yard.

Interaction with guests
I will respect your privacy. I live a hundred meters away and I will be available if you have questions or if you want to have a contact in Brixen.
The location is very quiet and I expect of you to live in harmony with our neighbor.

Other things to note
I kindly ask for your understanding that:
-Downtown Hideout is located on the ground floor with a garden in front of the door,
so it can happen occasionally occur that insects come into the house!
-Downtown Hideout is located in a pedestrian zone, you can't arrive by car in front of
your front door even to unload your luggage. Taxi are allowed.
-Downtown Hideout is located in the most central place of the city and is very quiet
except that when there are events or parties or construction work in progress in the city.
-No pets are allowed!
The city Brixen charges a tourist tax of 2,80 € each adult each overnight stay, that I
have to collect.

We had a great stay at this rental. Francesca was very communicative and timely in her responses and the location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of Brixen. The train and bus station are about a 10 to 15 minute walk but still super accessible. I would say the unit is perfect for two people. Three or four are pushing it. The little garden area outside is a great touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment in Brixen with all the needed amenities. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with as well.

Our Favorite Stay

First of all, Francesca (the host) is a beautiful soul - so lovely and gracious! Her apartment is completely remodeled - charming, cozy, comfortable, and well appointed. The location could have not been more perfect. Also, the stay comes with a Brixen card that gives you and one other person access to transportation free during your stay. We traveled all over S. Tyrol using that card. It was our favorite stay over an almost 3 week vacation. This apartment is a must if you stay in Bressanone. We hope to come back.Oh... one more thing... the garden and patio set was so fun. We used it morning and evening. We can't say enough good about this charming apartment!!!

Absolutely perfect

My husband and I stayed one week in the downtown hideout and were not at all ready to leave. We’ve rented a lot of apartments in a lot of places over the past few decades and this one had all the comforts of home. Francesca has thought of everything and she is such a sweet and helpful host. Brixen/Bressanone is a wonderful place to visit. We walked all over the place using the trail system and discovered many gems. The Brixen card is a godsend. We never used our car once during our stay. In fact, for our next visit we plan on skipping the rental car completely. The public transportation is awesome. The apartment is extremely quiet and comfortable with a lovely garden in an excellent central location. If you are headed to Brixen/Bressanone this is the place to stay.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Hinterhofappartment mitten in der Innenstadt von Brixen

Sehr schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung mit kleinem Innenhofgarten inmitten der Innenstadt von Brixen. Wohnung ist zwar nicht direkt mit dem Auto erreichbar, was aber kein Problem darstellt, da alles notwendige in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden kann. Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieterin, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat.

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mit wunderbaren kleinen Garten

Mitten im Zentrum von Brixen in der Fußgängerzone und doch sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sehr durchdacht und gepflegt und hat alles, was man braucht. Der kleine Garten war lauschig und gepflegt. Die Stadt Brixen bereichernd. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Francesca hat uns in Empfang genommen, war für Frage immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnung hat alles, inklusive des kleinen Gartens. Es ist ein hochwertiger, neuer Ausbau. Die Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar. Die im Preis enthaltene Brixenkart hat nur Vorteile.

Sehr edle kleine Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt. Alles nagelneu und sehr hochwertig und liebevoll

Die Vermieterin Francesca spricht fließend Deutsch und Stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Per WhatsApp war sie sehr gut zu erreichen. Sowohl Restaurant Tips als auch Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugsziele -azf Francesca's Empfehlungen ist Verlass. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Downtown Hideout, as it's name says, is in the middle of the city of Brixen. You can relax and enjoy the city, take a walk or explore South Tyrol and the Dolomites. It is a lovely place to spend a holiday.

The apartment with is private garden is tiny but very comfortable. However it is placed in the very center of Brixen, it is very quiet. You will find you in the court of an historical building and the river nearby adds to it a particular charm.
Downtown hideout is in the pedestrian zone, but it is provided with a free parking 3 minutes on foot.
