Come enjoy the tropical splendor that is Liki Tiki Village Resort Orlando, Florida. Relax in spacious condominiums and accommodations that includes a variety of amenities, including a water park, for the whole family. Liki Tiki Village is located only seven miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, SeaWorld Orlando®, and Universal Orlando® Resort.

The on-site water park features five water slides, a wave pool, a water volcano, and a toddler's play area and is included with your stay!

Grocery stores, Wal-Mart, Target, and pharmacies are conveniently located only moments away from the resort. Being located on U.S. 192, our Orlando vacation condos provide the opportunity to make day trips to the Atlantic beaches on the east coast and the Gulf beaches on the west coast.

EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECK OUT ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE FRONT DESK ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR CONFIRMATION LETTER.

- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.

ADDITIONAL COSTS: $30 per day resort fee due at check in.

Resort Fee includes WiFi, local calls, Liki Tiki Lagoon access, mini-golf, paddle boats, sports equipment, surrey bikes, and in-room safe.

Staff is available 24 hours a day to assist you! 24 hour security & front desk services!

The Welcome Center will send a detailed arrival letter to you via email with check in instructions, late arrival info, everything you will need once you make your final payment on your reservation. Great relaxing getaway but yet close to everything you need.

We were so impressed with our stay at this resort. We loved our spacious 2 bedroom condo. We loved all the activities on property to enjoy. We did all of them daily! Our intent was to go to get warm during the New Year! We went to Downtown Disney and watched fireworks near at a local Resort near Magic Kingdom. We did not do any parks but instead chose to have a relaxing day by the pool and stay active enjoying all the activities this resort had to offer. We spent 4 nights there. We will definitely be returning!

excellent rooms, poor check-in and pools

Upon arrival, we had to wait at least 15 minutes to check in at which time we were told that the room was not ready and they would contact me when available. When I did not receive a call, due to not having any service, I had to wait in another line for approximately 25 minutes. The room was in excellent condition with some minor flaws, but large and comfortable (Bldg. 1000). we went straight to the pool which was jam packed with kids and no room to move about. My children were not comfortable due to lack of ability to move and lines to go down the slide. There were no available chairs (at 5:00 pm). When we went to try mini-golf, we got there at 6:25 and they close at 6:30 p.m. The grounds are well kept, although the amenities are less than enjoyable. The security at the front gate was nice and they were attentive and friendly. The only reason I would not return would be the amount of people at the pool and the check in process, otherwise, the room was great and close to all of the major attractions.

Dated Property

The room shows its age. Beds aren't the most comfortable, and the appliances are weak but work. Air conditioning is extremely spotty, and noisy. Adjacent room has an entry door in the suite, and transmits a lot of noise. If you're looking to spend time in the room on your vacation this isn't the best choice. The pros: pool was enjoyable for kid. BBQ areas, grounds are well kept and your fairly close to major amenities. The cons: It is fine, but for the price you are not getting what you can elsewhere. This property is aged and in need of attention. We didn't come to Orlando for the room, but had we, I would be very disappointed for what I received.

Excellent stay

We had a fantastic time abs the condo was amazing and had all we needed. The resort made life so easy with the pool for kids and the bar and food too so everyone was happy. Food was excellent, drinks were excellent and service was also excellent.

Everything we needed

Full bathroom downstairs, full master bathroom upstairs with an extra bedroom upstairs, great kitchen, laundry, screened porch, and lots of great resort amenities. This place is older, but well-kept and had everything we needed.

great family place

we all enjoyed staying at liki tiki its in a great location off of the main road close to all the Orlando attractions and great places to eat with the family its definitely budget friendly with great accommodations and beautiful rooms it has three nice pools that are open late plus a waterpark the kids will love and daily activities for the days you just want to stay on the resort my kids had two complaints the days we stayed in the wifi was a bit crappy and the supposedly games room had about 7 games total and 4 of them where out of order but all in all its a good family place
