What can I say, couldn’t recommend highly enough, from start to finish. The apartment is literally a couple of minutes walk to a glorious sandy beach. From initial contact with Paula it’s been plain sailing all the way. Paula will answer and questions very quickly. Spotlessly clean and the swimming pool is massive. You won’t go wrong booking this apartment. I will be booking again.

Mooi ruim appartement

Het appartement is ruim,schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken Er hoort bij het appt ook 2 zwembad bij, ook voor de kleintjes. De ligbedden waren altijd bezet. Direct in de buurt zijn er veel barretjes ,eetgelegenheden en het strand. We gingen elke morgen ontbijten bij The Americano coffeehouse, onder ons appartement.Ze hebben er verschillende soorten koffie en shakes. Volgend jaar komen we zeker weer terug naar dit mooie appartement dichtbij aan het strand

Superb apartment

This superb apartment is part of the 5* Barcelo Royal Beach Hotel, so we were able to use all the hotel’s facilities. There are 3 stunning outside pools with an abundance of top-quality sunbeds and parasols, so there was no need to get up early to reserve them. There is also an indoor pool, gym and spa (spa treatments are extra). Sunny Beach is a lively resort with lots going on, but if we fancied peace and tranquillity, we could spend the day at the hotel relaxing on the sunbeds in the garden, so we had the best of both worlds. The apartment itself (F611) was spacious, clean, well-equipped and very well looked after by the owner. It even has an internet router (which not all apartments have), so the wifi signal was always strong. The apartment is on the 6th floor, so the views from the balcony were wonderful. We could see the sea in one direction and the mountains in the other. We loved that the apartment was right in the centre of Sunny Beach and the beach and promenade were so close to the apartment. The owner provided comprehensive information for us, including the best places to get money changed. She also arranged airport transfers, which was most welcome as it meant that we had an English-speaking driver to collect us from the airport. Our week came to an end too quickly, but we have already booked again for next year.

We had an excellent week in Sunny Beach, the icing on the cake was the excellent apartment owned by Paula. Very comfortable, spacious and conveniently placed for shops; bars and restaurants. Well worth a 5 star rating.

Fantastic place to stay!

From start to finish this holiday was first class! The apartment, commuication, everything was spot On! We have stayed in sunny beach 6 times now, this was our 3rd in the royal beach barcelo, perfect location to beach, eating and evening's entertainment right on your doorstep, it never fails to please! The room was lovely and clean and was just as the pictures showed, nice and spacious with iron, ironing board, hairdryer. any questions I asked were anwered quickly. kieth for transfers was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be keeping this for future holidays. Thank you for your help paula and for our fabulous summer holiday!

property was in first class condition,very clean and very well maintained. customer service was excellent and absolutely no problems whatsoever.beach only two minutes away and restaurents all around the area. tobacco and liquer stores all around also. iwould recommend this excellent property to everyone going to sunny beach.
