A separate room is equipped with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 set of bunk beds also measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The kitchen is fully fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and includes a dining table for meals. The bathroom features a shower, a bidet, and a WC. Completing the property is a roofed terrace of 25 m2 furnished with terrace furniture and offering a beautiful view of the sea.
