Great location & clean

The condo was very nice & clean. You are just a few steps from the beach with a great view of the ocean. We had a wonderful time there. The only drawback was the king bed in the master bedroom was not that comfortable. It felt like you sunk in a hole.

Short visit for a wedding

The location was perfect. The views from the balcony were beautiful. There was shopping within walking distance of the condo. The only improvement would be the WiFi. It was not secure and the signal was really weak.

Perfect View conveniently located

This was a great place to stay for our family vacation. The view was amazing. Quick 2 minute walk from room till your toes are in the sand. Had all the amenities that we needed for our stay. My only concern that I had was that they had just sprayed for pest control and there were a few dead small roaches when we arrived but never saw any more after first day and they even came back to re-spray for extra measure. Very glad we stayed here and will definitely consider using this location again when we come back.

Stay in Miramar Beach

We had a wonderful time here and the view was gorgeous! Only some minor issues... The chandelier/light in the dining room didn't work due to electrical issues and some bugs in kitchen at night. We know it's Florida but maybe pest control can help with that issue!

A Great Place and Location for Families

Our stay was, for only 4 days, and we were very happy with our condo. It was very comfortable , clean and quiet. Everything is there for your convenience. ( Washer, dryer, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, microwave) . All appliances were new. The location was great for shopping and dining . The beaches were great and kept very clean. Patrolled on a regular bases. I felt safe, the whole time we were there. Since it is a short walk to the beach, ( maybe a block) it is a great location for families, with small children. Just remember to take your own sand chairs and umbrella, ice chest, beach towels and snorkling equipment.

My stay at Mainsail142

AI was not sure where to place a review of our recent stay in Mainsail 142 .The condominium was very nice in many ways and we enjoyed our visit. However the television remotes did not work well even when we changed the batteries. However, we found that we could control the TVs by carrying the one good set of remotes in and out of the living room. The overhead light in the master bedroom needs a new bulb of a special kind as does the light over the stove on the bottom of the microwave. One of the living Room lamps needs a bulb. It would be nice to have a list of channels or some instructions about set up the TV video equipment.Otherwise everything worked well and our stay was wonderful.

Great view

We had an awesome stay and the location is one of the best I've stayed in. The proximity from the door of the condo to the elevator to the beach was just steps away. The view from the large balcony was spectacular at sunset. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Hurricane Michael interrupted our stay. We had a tug of war...and Michael won this one. The unit had a wonderful view. The porch furniture was quite sufficient which is important to us. We liked the location of the unit and the surrounding amenities. The kitchen was a little lacking in a few supplies. There were not enough bowls. A set of mixing bowls would have been nice as well as a hand mixer. A little disappointing that there was not a beach chairs/umbrella setup included in our rental package.

Condo was clean and nice, great view!

Only complaint was the master bed was very lumpy and noisy, however, that may be a difference of opinion based on the guest (but for us, it was). Overall the unit was very nice, clean, updated in certain areas (kitchen and bath), and a good view of the beach! We enjoyed our 3 night vacation here for sure!

Beautifully decorated and perfect location on the beach

We enjoyed our Father's Day weekend at MAINsail 142. The unit was beautifully decorated and spotless upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of space.

Beautiful, perfect location for our get away!

Mainsail 142. We hope to return to this excellent condo! We found it cozy, spacious, safe and felt secure on the premises as well inside. Bring your own coffee and filters, load up the refrigerator and love life as most everything else is there. Great condo and location. Patrolled beach, outlet store shopping across the main street. A short drive to either well know shopping locations within Destin and Panama City. I agree with other reviewers, and add this: take your trash out daily as the trash shoot is right outside your door, albeit small. There are carts under the stairs right beside the elevator. Unload your belongings, then move vehicle to parking (short walk). Seriously, there is little more I’d ever ask for but for the sake of those on the fence towards a 'home away’ within Mainsail 142; I offer a brief list, and I’m being very picky. a. Add baking soda to refrigerator - someone before us left a slight fishy smell within. b. Light above master bed didn’t work, but theres plenty of lighting from three other lights. c. Nothing else, absolutely stunning.

We enjoyed our vacation. The only negative thing was the showers did not have any grab bars.
