Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez souffert de la chaleur, mais nous sommes tous conscients que le climat change et qu'il a fait exceptionnellement chaud cette année dans toute l'Europe. Il y a un ventilateur de plafond, mais nous comprenons que la climatisation pourrait être la solution à l'avenir, ce que nous avons évité jusqu'à présent.

La réception wifi a été un véritable problème pour nous ici à la campagne et nous avons maintenant investi dans un système esh qui a été installé juste après votre départ - toutes nos excuses. La semaine a été très venteuse et nous avons remarqué que des feuilles, etc. s'accumulaient dans notre piscine. Nous disposons d'un robot nettoyeur, mais son utilisation nécessite de comprendre son fonctionnement et celui de l'installation de la piscine. Nous laisserons une note indiquant que si les clients estiment que la piscine a besoin d'être nettoyée, l'un d'entre nous s'en chargera.
