A Wine Country Home

A large Beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 1/2 Bath Home-, with 2 65 inch smart TV's++ Large Bonus Room upstairs home directly in the middle of wine country. This large room also house a futon for the 4th sleeping area. This property is just minutes into the start of these beautiful Oregon vineyards and wineries. This home has AC, Central heat, a Gas Fire Place and it is 2230 SF with a Large Master Bedroom with vaulted ceiling. There is an adorable vaulted Sun room with French Doors leading onto a very large Covered Patio. It is here where can relax and take in the view of the back yard or sit and read, relax or even have a sip of your favorite drink or beverage. The covered patio has calming night lights for you and a ceiling for your entertaining pleasure or enjoyment. The covered patio leads outward and the rest of the private backyard with flowers, trees, fruit trees, and shrubs.. This a very nice comfortable relaxing area with nice patio furniture--chairs and table to suit your need to be laid back. Its here where the Bar B que grill is ready for your use to barbecue, have some drinks, sip your wine and have outside meals. There is a nice in ground fire pit to enjoy the feeling of being around a camp fire. There is a Large open kitchen-with a electric stove, Keurig Coffee, Coffee Grinder, Ice making Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal. The Laundry room-comes with washer and dryer ready for your use. There is a large high ceiling car garage to park your car or cars. Pets okay with a prearranged and paid fee.

Good location to base wine trip to Willamette Valley. Would work well for two or three couples. Comfortable spaces to spread out and relax.

Nicely Furnished Residential Property

Great location for a family get-together for Thanksgiving. Easily accommodated six adults and two children. Although it has just 3 bedrooms, the upstairs family room really came in handy. The kitchen was very well equipped and made preparing our big dinner a breeze.

Perfect! Exactly what we were looking for.

This is a great place to stay. Very centrally located. Worked perfectly for our family's needs. Owners were more than accommodating. We even forgot something at the house and got it back within two days. Would definitely stay again if we go back next year.

Centrally located between Dundee and McMinnville. Very roomy with comfy beds. Back yard could use a little tlc, but most of house in good condition and clean.

Lovely home in Wine valley

Spacious home. Great location. 3 large bedrooms with so much well decorated space. Beautiful yard. Had a problem with outlets in bathroom not working and Fred got an electrician the same day to fix it! Wow-that is customer service at its best. Convenient location for vineyard visits, tastings. This is our 3rd visit to the wine valley. Fred’s house was the best so far. We will try to book it next year.

We did not stay.

After seeing neighborhood, unclean surfaces, and awful smell in the house we chose not to stay there. No refund was offered.

We have been a Premier host for the past couple of years. We have had a no problems with our home. We have never had any problem with smells or cleanliness of our home. The reviewer whom posted the negative review was denied cancellation on arrival day by vrbo due to being outside of our cancellation timeframe, policies and reasons. The reviewer had some untrue reasons for wanting to cancel and was denied. The reviewer never reached out to us until they were denied and informed by vrbo to reach out to us and see if we would allow them to cancel and get refunded. If they would have reached out to us in an appropriate manner and stated they had a valid reason for cancellation or that they just found another property somewhere else then we could have understood that. Therefore, the reviewer posted a retaliatory review after they failed to cancel and get refunded. Our home is ready for you and your guest with no problems with cleaning or overbearing smells. We run a legit clean business without any problems. We don't just stop being a premier host all the sudden.

40th Class reunion

We were not at house much. Most of the home was clean, the laundry room appliances are dirty. Our sheets in bedroom were brand new, not washed and I removed price tags off pillow cases but comfortable beds and furnished nicely.

Great location and large space in wine country

The location and space indoor and outside was great! The use of many air freshers was the one negative. The entire house had an overpowering artificial smell which caused allergic reactions for our entire party. Could have used more toilet paper and paper towels in unit and a tissue box would be helpful.

Great BIG house!

The house is big and can accommodate a large family with room to spread out. It was clean, in a good neighborhood, and comfortable. I highly recommend!
