アパートには2つのベッドルームがあり、1つ-マスタースイート-キングサイズのベッドと専用バスルーム、リビングルーム、2番目のバスルーム、バルコニー、近くの伝統的な市場で購入した食材で調理できる設備の整ったキッチン。

We were met by our hostess and she recommended fantastic places to eat. A nice market just down the street. Beds were comfortable. Apartment was quiet. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. Coffee pods were available. Best of all the place was very clean!

Mother daughter holiday

We had a lovely time. Our host was very welcoming and gracious. We will welcomed with some Portuguese pastries and a bottle of wine, and she took the time to highlight. Some of them must see attractions.

Lisbon leg

A well presented apartment. Met at location by the host who was very informative in relation to the apartment and where to park our vehicle. The vehicle parking was the main issue in that we had to regularly move it when parking on the street. The long stay parking was a 10 minute walk. Overall a very enjoyable stay near enough to Lisbon,s sights

Great stay in Lisbon

Amazing time in Silvia's flat in Penha de Franca up from Graca a 10 minute walk up the hill from Metro Anjos. We loved the nicely appointed apartment and the neighborhood for a family vacation of 6 nights.

Great place to stay

Very clean , easy check in. Beautiful condo. Bathrooms very modern. Only downfall is there was no plates which wasn’t a big deal. She left us a bottle of wine & pastries which were delicious. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Clean, convenient and easy.

The stay was exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood a quick walk/Uber to where we wanted to go. Check in was also easy, and it was well stocked. There are a lot of small restaurants a block or two away, which were perfect after busy days walking through Lisbon (bring cash). Was really perfect for us

Excellent property

This property exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by a welcoming host with coffee and pastries and all aspects of the apartment were explained. It was immaculate. They also left us a bottle of wine. There were guide books and a recommendation for a restaurant. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

Sylvia met us at the suite, provided helpful overview, tourist and transportation tips, where to get supplies, along with a treat of the famous tarts! The place was spotless and very comfortable. Good location to get around. She was a good host and helped us get a taxi upon departure. Would very much recommend.

Convenience and Comfort

We had to meet the owner/manager to get access to the property, but this turned out to be a very good thing since she had many suggestions for transportation (there are many public options) and provided us with maps that she went over with us before leaving us to enjoy the very comfortable apartment. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped, including a welcome bottle of wine. This was our last stop in Portugal and we had a just a short drive to the airport to return to France.

Loved Lisbon

Property was very clean, beds were fantastic and we slept very well. Silvia was a gracious host and provided much information. Super little pastry shop across the road and close to grocery stores. Wear very good shoes as the cobblestones are very uneven. You will need to walk up 2 flights of stairs with your suitcases so be aware it is a tough haul up!thank you for the great stay!

Great location & Amazing stay

This was perfectly well appointed. Host was super nice and really helpful. Location was a 12min walk to the metro station intendente. From there you can take it to Cais do Sodré. From here you can take the bus or tram to Belem or Bus to the zoo (highly recommend both) Grocery and cafe with a few min walk. Super nice pizza guy to the left has good pizza. Some of the best gelato in Lisbon can be found near by. Advise is to bring good walking shoes and enjoy a super nice place and amazing city.

Five Night Stay in Lisbon

We liked everything about it. It was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We gave a four for the location as we found it a little sketchy walking through certain areas on the way home from the city centre. It was a great starting point for walking everywhere. It was fine for us because we never go out after dark.

It was very nice accommodations clean and all amenities were available. Plus nicely decorated. It was in a night life location. Expected was late night activity. Parking as expected was scarce. We spent very little time in the residences. It was centrally located.

The apartment was so warm and cozy! Everything we needed was made available and Sylvia was wonderful! We loved how welcoming and helpful she was on top of the bottle of wine and pastries set out upon our arrival! Although not in the touristy side of Lisbon, it was easy to get around via walking, public transportation and of course Uber. Local markets, restaurants and the pharmacy were also close by. Would definitely stay here again when staying in Lisbon!

Hostess with the mostess

Communication before arrival was great. All inquiries were quickly answered. From the moment we arrived we felt like royalty. We were greeted with Portuguese wine and freshly made pastries (Natas) followed by a tour of the place. The place was immaculate, bright and modern. Would highly recommend this place. 🙂
