Where to begin.. the check in process in my opinion is an unnecessary hassle. You have to pick up the keys from an office around 7 minutes by car from the apartment. Since it’s only 7 min away apartment , it would’ve been considerate of them to have someone drop them off rather than us pick them up as we had our luggage and had just arrived from a long flight and don’t know the location well enough to be walking around with our luggage. Nonetheless, we arrive to the apartment and there is nothing in the house. Not a bottle of water, nothing. Just the furniture. For the price we’re paying for this unit, it would be nice to just be able to enter and have a sip of water.
The house is extremely small, tight, humid and stuffy.
I went downstairs to check the rooms and was shocked by how small they are. It’s impossible to move around, impossible to even open your suit case on the floor. And the rooms definitely do not fit more than one adult. My husband & I suffered for 4 days in a tiny room I even fell off the bed because of small it is and hit my head on the heater.
I check the bathrooms, only to be welcomed by a large brown stain in the toilet. A stain that I was able to clean MYSELF with wet wipes meaning how bad is there cleaning service that I was able to clean it myself in 1 minute?
The rooms are cold and humid. The mattress was painful to my back. The pillows were terrible. There was no extra blankets to keep you cozy, there really was just nothing in this unit to make it feel like home. It’s a unit with some uncomfortable furniture and that’s all you should expect.
It’s also very hard to get some sleep because as soon as the sun rises, the neighbours are loud and the walls make them feel like they’re in the same room.
