Perfect spot for a weekend getaway with our friend group. Short walk to downtown for shopping and dining. The home was clean and having a hot tub was a bonus. Would rent again!

we had a great stay! this house was incredibly spacious for my group of friends and was a super convenient walk to town and to the shuttle to Copper Mountain! the grill, private hot tub and fireplace really made the experience - would absolutely recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

Everything was top notch! The host was extremely communicative, checking in by text after we arrived. The house was spacious, clean and well equipped for family meals! We loved the location so close to town, bike paths and trails. We walked to town for breakfast, rode our bikes on the bike path, and ran on the trails by Rainbow Lake. We went to the nearby Whole Foods by car once and other than that, didn't drive until we left! The clean hot tub was a treat after our bike rides and runs! Highly recommend this home!

Great location! We skied three different resorts so this place hit the spot. It’s within five mins of a number of great restaurants and bars. Highly recommend 5th St Grill just a few hundred bards away. Thanks!

Wonderful location and amenities, ample parking and large communal areas fit our group well. Only complaint is that the AI that is used to contact Summit Rentals is frustrating to use and provides vague and unhelpful answers.

Great House and Location

House was great, slept 12 comfortably. We were walking distance to Frisco so no need to load up the cars to go get dinner after a long day of skiing!

Great place. Beware the Google maps directions will fail to lead to the property address, but following the street name and looking for address numbers got us there. Great communication from property managers.

Clean,quiet, great location, able to walk to town and to the park. Ample parking with double garage. Nice deck and hot tub. Well stocked kitchen. Great bedrooms and linens. Management was great - quickly responded to all questions. Perfect for our large family and looking forward to another stay next summer hopefully!

Great Log House

Very spacious, nice deck with hot tub, close to park, creek and downtown. Kitchen had enough space for 2-3 adults to prepare, counter space to serve from and large table near bay windows. We had 4 adults and 5 kids 4-13. Everyone enjoyed their time.
