We have just returned from our third vacation at Sweets Close, this time for two weeks and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
From the moment we got there we remembered how peaceful it is, also being surrounded by countryside we saw a lot of wildlife, including Jays, Copper butterflies, and the occasional Buzzard.
We were welcomed by Carol who always makes us feel welcome, and thank you for the tasty buns!!
The accommodation is spacious, warm, clean and very well supplied with everything we could possibly want.
The location being on the edge of the village is blissfully quiet.
The local amenities are, to us, first class. The local Premier shop is open from 8am to 8pm and the local pub. the Polgooth Inn has an amazing menu and although I don't drink beer they do have a nice range of good quality wine.
Nothing is too much trouble for the owner, Lizzie, and we can see their hard work keeping the bungalow in tip top condition shows.
