Lovely cottage exceptionally well presented with excellent amenities and superb stocked kitchen which is not always guaranteed. Comfy spacious bedrooms and the outside space to sit was nice to have outside space. Location is great for exploring the surrounding area and the dales.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cherry Tree Cottage. It was lovely to come back to such a warm and comfortable cottage. It is extremely well equipped cottage. Sadly the lockdown announcement on the Saturday we arrived did mean that we weren't able to do and see as much as we wanted. Nevertheless we still lived our surroundings. The only small thing was the toilet in the biggest bedroom was very noisy but as there were three other toilets it wasn't a problem. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

A couple of minor points - speed of broadband - size of bath towels, a bath sheet would be preferable given the high level of luxury of rest of cottage fittings Otherwise an amazing cottage, we will be returning. Absolutely superb cottage with ample space and beautiful rooms. The cosy sitting room, with beautiful shuttered windows and lots of seating was a delight and the kitchen was a cook's paradise. The ensuite accommodation was first class and the roll-top bath was a great way to soak tired limbs. Could not have asked for more.

Beautiful cottage with comfortable furnishings.

Beautiful cottage with comfortable furnishings. Didn't give a 10 because the toaster only worked on one side, only 2 dishwashing tablets for the whole week and only one towel per guest without any washing powder so you could wash through to refresh ( at home I change towels every other day so a clean towel half way through the week isn't unreasonable) - these are so easily remedied AND using the dishwasher is far more economical than bowls of hot water! I've stayed at many self catering houses and never had to worry about buying extra cleaning products. The parking is a little bit of an issue too since you have to share with the attached cottage which is never mentioned or shown on the clever photo of cherry tree cottage - there is loads of space for both properties to have their own private parking. However, the house is fab, close to Leyburn and if the pub is finished it's renovations then a local pub on the doorstep (unfortunately not finished for us).

We had a great week overall at Cherry Tree Cottage - a beautiful, well fitted out cottage There were a couple of very small points internally that were detailed to the owner that prevented a perfect 10 across the board We would definitely return again - super location, friendly locals and stunning cottage!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful cottage. The kitchen is excellently equipped and all the rooms are spacious. It is set in a pretty village with plenty of dog walking from the door. It is less than 5 minutes to Leyburn with a decent sized Co-op and plenty of takeaways and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

A wonderful break away in this lovely cottage. Very well equipped, clean, warm and comfortable. Everything we needed was there at the house, not scant like other holiday accommodation, the only thing we had to buy was food. The location was superb allowing us to easily reach the entire area easily. Lovely walks nearby and very quiet and cosy inside. Fantastic accommodation layout with good space to accommodate family and friends. Great food and grocery shopping in nearby Leyburn. We really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly go back to this cottage again.
