Glan Wye proved to be the perfect cottage for our stay in the Elan Valley. Very comfortable and spacious. We loved being able to sit and watch the red kites from the lounge, only criticism there would be, take a few feet off the hedge and you would have the perfect view over the surrounding area but still have privacy.We found the welcome at the Triangle Inn great, food so good we ate there three times. We also ate at The Crown (also good but felt a bit rushed and not such nice atmosphere) and The Lamb and Flag (not our kind of food or pub)

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal. Sie liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem in der Nähe des Ortes. Sie ist ausgezeichnet ausgestattet, sehr sauber und die Einrichtung war sehr gemütlich. Hervorzuhebend ist die wunderschöne Terasse. Darüber hinaus besteht die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder sicher unter zu stellen. Gute Möglichkeit zum Parken. Audrey ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Der Check-in und die Kommunikation waren problemlos. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung empfehlen. Wenn wir noch einmal in dieser Gegend sind, werden wir wieder dieses Haus wählen. Tip: Unbedingt den empfohlenden Pub "The Triangle Inn" besuchen.

We had a wonderful time here in the cottage. The owners and the neighbours were so friendly and helpful. The views are stunning and there is plenty to do in the local area.

We have just had a week at Glan Wye- 4 adults and one happy dog. Lovely homely cottage, warm cosy and well equipped. Owners very nice and couldn't have been more helpful. Perfect location for walking and exploring the beautiful Elan Valley. Wonderful view from the terrace. Take bird seed and nuts and you will be amazed the variety of birds that arrive. Short walk to the local pub, The Triangle, and food good. It was a great week and we will be back - Jean, Paul, Manya and Mike

Glam Wye was just what we wanted, spacious but still cosy, private and secluded but still close enough to the town, well equipped to enable us to cook most evenings. The garden was perfect for our little grandson who really enjoyed the birds. The view from the cottage was beautiful even in the rain. We have really enjoyed our week despite the rain.
