Extremely comfortable cottage with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Beautiful views across the estuary. Fantastic pool which we used everyday. Really helpful owners. Can't wait to return.

Amazingly clean.

Amazingly clean. Fabulous outstanding views. The pool was great. The kitchen utensils were the best I've ever seen. They've thought of absolutely everything to make cooking easy and a real home from home. We loved the local wild ponies, very cute. We walked over the bridge to Barmouth and the views were stunning.

I am a wheelchair user and once inside the property everything ok.

I am a wheelchair user and once inside the property everything ok. A lack of handrails inside and outside prevented me from going from room to easily and outside no chance. The shale parking space and path up to the property not easy for me. Never showered all week , no handrails. Other members in my family, found no problems at all. We adored it at treetops.

We adored it at treetops. A wonderful holiday after all the restrictions with covid 19 etc . The pool area was such addition to our experience and our grandchildren couldn’t get enough of it . It’s very safe and secure so we had no worries with the children and safety etc . We adored the beautiful views from most of the windows and could have simply looked out at them all day . John the owner was very helpful and always at the end of the phone if we had a query . A wonderful experience which we would do all over again if we could ! Excellent location, with wonderful views. The pool was a delight, and the cottage well-equiped. Access is along a private track which does have a tight bend and a steep section, not a problem but something to be aware of

Amazing location! Cottage is beautiful! Beyond beautiful. Pool is lovely. It was a daily struggle to get the children out of it! It really is a home from home. Could do with a king size bed though!
