We’re a family with three children and a large extended family who often join us on our holidays. We love spending time together in the Algarve, and our villa has become a very special place for making family memories.

Our perfect holiday is a mixture of relaxing days by the pool or at the beach and exploring everything the Algarve has to offer. We love family walks along the cliffs, boat trips and dolphin watching from the Marina, days out at Zoomarine and the water parks, and discovering new beaches and local areas.

We’re also big food lovers and enjoy visiting the fantastic local restaurants and beach restaurants nearby. Some of our favourite evenings, however, are simply spent back at the villa, enjoying a BBQ and relaxing together by the pool.

As a family, we know how important it is to have a holiday home that feels comfortable, welcoming and well equipped. We hope our guests can enjoy the villa, the beautiful surroundings and everything we love about the Algarve as much as we do.

At the time, twelve plots were available and none had yet been sold, so they were able to choose their favourite. The following day, they paid their deposit and began the journey of creating the villa, working with a local architect to design a home that made the most of its beautiful surroundings and wonderful location close to the sea.

Nearly four decades later, it's easy to see why they chose this spot — and why we love it just as much today.

For our family, the area offers the perfect balance. We can spend lazy days around the pool, walk down to Coelha Beach, enjoy the beautiful coastal and cliff walks, or head out for a family adventure. We love visiting Zoomarine and the water parks, taking boat trips and dolphin-watching excursions from the Marina, and exploring different parts of the Algarve.

There are also fantastic local restaurants, beach restaurants, friendly bars and a well-stocked supermarket within easy reach. Some evenings we head out for dinner, while others are spent back at the villa enjoying a BBQ and relaxing together by the pool.

Despite having so much nearby, the villa still feels peaceful and private. Albufeira Old Town and the Marina are only a short drive or taxi ride away, so you can enjoy the lively side of the Algarve whenever you want before returning to your own relaxing retreat.

It's a location that has been loved by families for decades, and we hope our guests will quickly understand why it's so special.

One of the things we love most about the villa is its exceptional location. It is rare to find a villa in the Algarve that feels so peaceful and unspoilt while having so much within easy walking distance.

Beautiful Coelha Beach is just a five-minute walk away, along with local restaurants, friendly bars and well-stocked mini markets, meaning you can easily enjoy your holiday without needing to get in the car every day.

A particular favourite is the beach restaurant, where you can enjoy drinks and delicious food, including fresh fish, while taking in the stunning coastal views. It's one of those special places we return to again and again.

Despite being close to everything you need, the villa itself feels wonderfully private. Set within its own secure, landscaped gardens, with a private pool, spacious terraces and plenty of room for families and friends, it offers a real escape from everyday life.

Most importantly, this isn't simply a holiday rental to us — it's our second home. We take great pride in looking after it and maintain it to a very high standard so that our guests can enjoy the same comfort, quality and relaxed Algarve lifestyle that our own family loves.
