Great Stay

We enjoyed our time staying on this property. It was a short walk to the beach and there were multiple different pools to visit. We had an issue with the actual building maintenance people. Once I spoke with the rental property manager, it was handled quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location - perfect Southern vacation.

If we stay in MB again, it will be at the Myrtle Beach Resort. So easy to get everything needed, and very easy to travel to golf courses, restaurants, and stores. Can't beat the safety and location! Ocean is within a few hundred feet with all anyone could want for great walks and spectacular views! Clean and well kept units with anything that could be needed for a southern trip.

Another Enjoyable Stay at Myrtle Beach Resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've been coming to Myrtle Beach Resort for over twenty years and my family has always rented through Myrtle Beach Management. This was our first time visiting in four years and we were glad to return. This condo is well-maintained including good furniture and amenities, and what looked to be newer carpet in the bedrooms. The TV in the living room is a Roku so we were able to stream movies/shows from apps, which was a nice perk. We thoroughly enjoy staying at Myrtle Beach Resort, being able to walk out to the beach from the condo and enjoying the splash pad/lazy river and beachfront pool. Work is still being performed on the Renaissance Tower but it did not interfere with our stay. Myrtle Beach Management provided great service, sending us our check-in codes via text message before arrival. They also texted us to make sure everything was going well and are available if something isn't right. We look forward to coming back.

The sofa had stains on it and my guest refused to sit on it for the entire week. There was also female hair in one of the tubs. The balcony’s carpet was full of sand.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year staying in the same unit. It was just OK this year. Maybe we are just noticing more things. The unitbis getting a little tired looking. Last year during our stay, we were contacted when we were away from the unit one evening and advised one of the toilets was leaking into the unit below. I believe repairs were made. This year we noticed the very first day that same toilet was not securely attached and rocked if you leaned to one side. You could visibly see the shims between the base of the toilet and the flooring. The exact same way it was a year ago when we stayed in that unit. I find it hard to believe more permanent repairs weren't made. We were told the toilet was leaking and had been replaced. Not too sure about that.As far as recommending this property, maybe at one time I would have without reservation but not so sure now. We might look at some other properties for our annual trip June 2024. Thank you.

Very clean,nice, well decorated

The property was very nice and i woukd stay again, it had a beautiful view to everything and the pools and the beaches were close. Right in the middle of everything you need!

Amazing Family Getaway

I loved how close the laundry facility was, we were in the middle of everything so we didn't have to do a lot of walking to reach our destination. The room was very clean and i loved how they had everything you could need in a kitchen so i didn't have to do extra shopping. We will come back again.

Great week!

We really enjoyed our week in Myrtle Beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen has just about anything you'd need to cook a meal. Comfortable beds, I slept so well all week. It's very convenient to have laundry facilities right down the hallway. I would recommend this unit 100%. We have a new appreciation for the location of the Myrtle Beach Resort after a few trips up town. It's much quieter, and seems a much safer area than North Myrtle.

Nice place. Only a couple of concerns. I had to fix toilet seat when I got there. If place was cleaned when we arrived....??? Reported curtain rod broken and texted management. Said that they would come and fix it but no one ever did come.... Wife says she wants to purchase the property if it ever becomes available. The manager was very, very nice. Be back next year!

It was the last condo avail to book so we knew what we were booking. Hallway to condo has a musty or off smell. It served its purpose. Living room is not comfortable needs updating, especially couch and pillows. There is also not a landline in this condo. Carpet on deck needs replaced or removed. Other than that we were pleased with the condo. I would think it would be a good idea for condo owners to have a beach cart, cooler/cooler bag and sand toys in one of the closets for guests. The ground of the hotel were not that clean. There was trash on boardwalk way to the beach thrown over the sides.

Overall we enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay very much but had a couple of issues of the cleanliness of the suite. The dishes, counters and stove were dirty. My son cut his foot on something in the area rug in the kitchen and when we picked up the rug a lot of dirt and sand came out as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. When we pulled the sheets down on the twin beds they had blood on them. Management sent a cleaning crew and took care of the issues right away. The elevators were the biggest issue. They definitely seemed unsafe and we got stuck in one because the doors wouldn’t open and the alarm and call button didn’t work. Thankfully a maintenance worker was near by and heard the banging on the door and was able to open it.
