Welcome to one of the first residential condo complexes in downtown Isla Mujeres. Nestled on the famous Playa Norte (North Beach) of Isla Mujeres, Mexico, this new condo complex is just steps away from the white sand beaches and turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. You are also a stone's throw away from vibrant restaurants and bars on Hidalgo Street, Isla Mujeres' main pedestrian street for shopping,

- Approximately 1300 sq. ft., main level, fully furnished condo.
- Security entrance gate with camera.
- 2 bedrooms (king beds), 2 full bathrooms (showers).
- Sleeps 6 (1 deep queen size air mattress).
- Room safe.
- 3 air conditioners (1 in each bedroom and 1 in main living area).
- Linens, towels, toiletries, iron and blow dryers supplied.
- 4 beach chairs, water toys and beach towels supplied.
- Common area and pool that you can even watch our TV from.
- Full kitchen with fridge, 6 burner gas stove/ oven , microwave, Bullet blender, coffeemaker, toaster, cooking utensils, dishes, non-stick pots and pans, breakfast bar.
- 55” flat-screen TV in living area and 43" in master bedroom. Internet, cable & Netflix.
- White noise machines in each bedroom to help sleep better.
- Wheelchair accessible.
- No pets allowed, sorry.

Our 6th trip to Isla, and the location in town, to the beach and to the ferry are the best we have had on the island.Property was super clean, owners were super accomodating and communicative. Staying there was a total pleasure. Would recommend and would stay there again!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Playa Norte!! Wonderful hosts, great recommendations on the island. Very spacious, we had 4 people definitely could have 6 with the couches or blow up. Spotless, everything you could need was there as well - beach chairs, umbrella, coffee maker, water cooler...kitchen had all you could ask for. Walking distance from everything, laundromat down the street - we've gone to the islands many times, this place wars or favorite yet!! Thank you Cheryl for making us feel at home, had a blast!!!!

Location is awesome. Just around the corner from Playa Norte and a block away from the main strip with restaurants and market places. Two beds and two baths with living space is perfect. Kitchen well stocked with all you need. Beach chairs and towels. Parking for golf cart. Owners are great. They were in contact right from booking to when we were there. They stopped in to see how we were doing and if we needed anything which was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was clean, very roomy and comfortable. The location is great for easy walks to restaurants on Hildalgo and surrounding downtown streets as well as fast and easy access to the north beach area. Would stay here again for sure! Staff was responsive to any questions or requests during our stay. Thank you!

Location is perfect!

This location provided everything we needed and was perfect for our holiday away. Approximately a 5 block walk to Playa Norte and a 2 block walk to Playa Centro. All the shopping and restaurants within a minute walk are just what we like!

Absolutely wonderful

This was the perfect place to stay! Family of 5 and it was very comfortable, convenient location! Very close to the beach, food, shopping, could not have been better! The property managers as well as the owners went above and beyond!

One of the Best

Best VRBO experience, condo, owners, and property manager were all amazing. The condo is equipped with everything to make it a very enjoyable vacation. Location, location, location! Located centrally to walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping! We loved being able to stop at the condo to recharge and head back out with ease. We are already planning out when we can return!

This condo is located just steps from the most happening street on the island, yet you are far enough away in the evening when you are ready to relax by the pool.

Isla Mujeres vacation

This was the first time we stayed at Estrella Del Mar 001 and had a wonderful time. The location was close to everything but not too close where it got too loud. We got to meet a few of the other residents near us and got along well with all. If you are looking for a nice, relaxing space with a spacious living room to entertain or play cards this was a real treat!

Great location and hosts!

Location was perfect! Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping! Did not need a golf cart if not intending to go to south side of island. Very communicative hosts and property manager. Quick responses and very helpful! Great property for families!! Will definitely stay here the next time we’re in Isla Mujeres!

Great location. Would visit again

Great location. Easy walk to Playa Norte. Many restaurants and bars near by but on a quieter street so not too much noise. Communication with owner and management staff was easy and they all were very helpful. We hope to return again in the future. We are a family of 5 and the air mattress worked great for our 5th. Plenty of room. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic location!!!

A super clean condo in a great location so close to downtown and the North Beach. A great place to stay on the island for 4 adults. Quite noisy during sleeping hours in the bedrooms (beside the street and hostel). At the time of our stay, there was some amenities lacking like a 3rd bed (an air mattress was provided), usage of the pool (being fixed), kitchen utensils and supplies (kitchen towels & cloths, larger pots, cutlery for 6, serving bowls and platters). All around a great place to stay in Isla.

Hola Amigos,
Our first visit to Isla Mujeres was in 2014 and it was love at first sight. We had planned on travelling yearly to find that place we wanted to hang our hats in the winter but after finding this quaint little island, we decided to look no further....kinda like looking for that perfect dress and you always end up buying the first one you liked. We are a retired couple, sold our properties in Saskatchewan, Canada and now live here full time and pack our bags to vacation in Canada in the summer. I must say that we are truly enjoying the best of both worlds. If you choose to stay with us, I know you too will be hooked :-)
