Everything was fine, the house, the host was so polite, always available to help. I really enjoyed the place, most important my kids have so much fun in a safe place.

The property is clean and fun for the entire family. The pool area has a massive TV that shows football and family movies on the weekends. The host responded in a timely manner reguarding issues with the condo, none of which were major. The condo is located close to a Walmart and lots of restaurants. We were about 15 mins from Disneyworld, so this made it a perfect place. We will be back.

Over all great experience my family absolutely loved the place! Communication was great and accommodations were perfect. I just wish the resort was on schedule with there activities. Look foward to booking here again!

The property was smaller than anticipated and outdated. The pullout bed in the living room was barely usable as several springs were missing. We had no access at all to certain amenities like the weight room. We had accidentally left behind an item and were never even contacted regarding the item.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay we wasn’t ready to go home the place is very nice and spacious I had no complaints the water area and game arcade was very nice the kids enjoyed it… The host was very supportive communication was amazing she didn’t take long to contact back she was very quick with anything if anything was wrong but surprisingly nothing was wrong… WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND We Will Be Back

Host was great and very responsive. Lodging accommodations were good enough for what we were looking for and although it was a little chilly for the resort, the kids enjoyed it!

We wished we could have used the lazy river but it was too cold even though they said it was heated.But we had a good time playing bingo.

The location was perfect, the idea is great. We loved the pool area, & all the extra activities that were available to use. However, the place itself was not clean. It was disgusting, to the point I had to go buy cleaning supplies & clean. They didn't offer a partial refund or offer anything but somebody to come reclean after I had already did so. Then they stated there was 6 towels 6 wash clothes that wasn't the case, there was 5 towels 3 wash cloths, had to wash towels daily. Also no extra toilet paper or papers towels, had complain about that as well. The fridge made a noise all night long, so did the ac unit. The seats of the chairs were all stained up, nothing was clean. Your feet were BLACK waiting barefoot in the home. I will say the host was very apologetic but her clean & my clean are on two different levels. Save yourself the time & money & stay somewhere else.

Nice and lovely apartment

We stayed there for 3 nights with 2 small kids and one infant. Everything was arranged nicely and we felt very comfortable. There is a olive garden near by and the pool area was nice for our kids. The hot tubs were great.

Great place to stay

We were only here for one night but it was a great place to stay and great communication with the owner. The pool and waterslides were a HUGE hit, even with 3 teens!!!

Very old buildings. Could definitely use some upgrades. Had to go out and purchase our own necessities like toilet paper and paper towels. Did not appreciate the cheap mattresses and worn out bedding, stained pillows, and paper thin bath towels as well as the moldy bath mat. Location was close to everything but definitely not a luxury stay.
