Very nice house!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house! We were with a big group of 6 adults and 9 children and this house was perfect for us. The house is divided into 3 appartements which provides you the necessary privacy but also gives you the feeling you are all together. There was even a fourth appartement available which we didn’t need. Outside you have a beautiful terras with a bbq and a big table for 20 people. The garden is beautiful and gives the children a lot of space to play. The swimming pool was making it complete with a total length of 20 meters. Communication with the host was super, she was providing us tips to visit places and assisting us immediately when we had questions about the house.

pleasant surprise

We liked the house and location so much that we would have liked to stay longer. The house and estate around it is very spacious, so when you are with a large group you have enough space to isolate yourself. there is so much to name that we will need a number of pages. Summary; large / beautiful house, lots of land, very nice swimming pool, quiet area, nice host, nice manager who comes by with organic vegetables, so many figs that we made delicious jam. There is also plenty to do in the area, although we have kept it quiet and enjoyed the estate. Thanks to Valeria for the hospitality and we would definitely like to come back. Is there are minor points they are so small that it is not worth to mention.

A beautiful spot

We decided to do a large family holiday in Italy - I had a big birthday and the whole family would come (my parents, my brothers and their wives - along with my wife and my three children (two teenagers and a baby). We took over the whole place - and we spent time looking at Italy to decide the area we wanted and the property we wanted. We went for this area because of its proximity to the lakes, the ability to get to the cities and because the property had air conditioning (quite a few at this size didnt and we felt we would need it - and in summer it was essential). I loved the fact the property divided up and joined together - it allowed us to be flexible and stopped everyone getting under one another’s feet. The views are beautiful - olive groves stretching into open countryside and onto mountains.. the pool was great - not next door so you could have a quiet swim without everyone noticing but not too far that you worried about the teenagers in it alone. Valeria who ran the place speaks great English and put up with my poor Italian - she answered every question quickly. Some places say they have WiFi and it is hopeless - but this place has great fast WiFi everywhere. You could easily get to great local restaurants, the shops in Viterbo or Montefiascone and stock up on supplies - and the places has a wide range of utensils and equipment (including two bbqs) and a range of dining space. Some days a gardener brought free fresh tomatoes, courgettes and eggplants - it was fab.

Wir hatten Ende Juli/Anfang August 2025 einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich herzlich und hilfsbereit – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft selbst ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gepflegt. Die gesamte Anlage ist großzügig und weitläufig, sodass man viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre genießen kann. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage mitten in der Natur, umgeben von Olivenhainen – perfekt zum Abschalten und Entspannen.Ein echtes Highlight war der große Pool mit unterschiedlichen Tiefen, ideal für Kinder und Erwachsene. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt, es gab reichlich Sonnenliegen und sogar Poolhandtücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt – wirklich durchdacht!Ein weiteres schönes Extra: Wir wurden regelmäßig mit frischem Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Anbau verwöhnt – eine tolle Geste, die unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht hat.Insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die Ruhe, Natur und herzliche Gastfreundschaft suchen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

E' andata oltre le migliori aspettative. Casale splendido in una natura spettacolare e riposante. Ospiti disponibili e professionali (graditissimo l'omaggio del loro olio). La struttura ci ha sorpresi per la pulizia e l'estrema completezza di ogni accessorio. Camere molto belle e spazi adatti per vivere insieme ma ciascun gruppo familiare con la sua privacy. Abbiamo affittato il casale per soggiornarvi 2 notti e festeggiare il capodanno. Un esperienza positiva: la location. Immersa nella natura, è un posto meraviglioso, organizzata benissimo, pulizia impeccabile di ogni spazio interno ed esterno. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana nella casa eravamo un gruppo di famiglie con bambini. La struttura si è rivelata perfetta per le nostre esigenze: spaziosa, ben organizzata e accogliente. Le camere erano confortevoli e pulite, con letti comodi e ampi spazi. Le cucine sono ben attrezzata. I bambini hanno ampi spazi dove giocare e la piscina è un valore aggiunto, sempre pulita e mantenuta. La posizione della casa è ideale, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità, ma comunque vicina al centro di Montefiascone e a breve distanza dalle principali attrazioni della zona. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e attenti alle nostre esigenze, rispondendo prontamente a ogni nostra richiesta e fornendo ottimi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Montefiascone. Das Haus ist super - noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos! Wir waren drei Familien, jede Familie hatte ihren eigenen Bereich (mit jeweils Bad und Küche). Es gibt einen tollen Außenbereich mit großem Tisch, Grill und viel Platz um zu spielen. Auch der Pool ist gigantisch! Es ist sehr sauber, die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich! Immer wieder gerne!

Pasqua in serenità

Abbiamo passato il weekend di Pasqua nel meraviglioso casale di Valeria e Giuseppe, gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Il casale e’ immerso nella natura, super accogliente e curato, adatto per chi vuole passare dei giorni in pieno relax. Torneremo sicuramente in estate per goderci la splendida piscina.

Es war wundervoll

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 14 Personen und haben es dort geliebt! Der Pool war wunderbar, die Zimmer sauber und gut aufgeteilt. Die Wände sind Recht dünn und man hört da durch, doch das ist nicht schlimm. Das Haus ist abseits von der Gegend, was aber für uns perfekt war. Als Gruppe würde ich da jeder Zeit wieder hinfahren, da es wirklich schön war. Danke für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt :)

Hervorragendes Haus!

Wir waren mit drei Familien (6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder zwischen 5 und 10 Jahren) in der Anlage. Das Haus ist in drei Einheiten (4 Zimmer, zwei kleine Küchen // 2x je 1 Zimmer und eine Küche) aufgeteilt. Alle Zimmer haben Doppelbetten, eine Klimaanlage (sehr leise), einen Fernseher und ein eigenes Bad. Das Haus kann also theoretisch sehr gut mit drei Parteien genutzt werden, bietet sich aber eher für eine große Gruppe oder eine Familie. Das Haus ist vollständig und qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet. Allerdings könnte der einzige Geschirrspüler etwas größer sein. Wenn man sich allerdings etwas organisiert, geht das auch so. Zum Haus gehören mehr aus ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich, je ein Gas- und ein Kohlegrill und ein riesiger, sehr gepflegter Garten. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der riesige Pool. Dieser hat eine breite Treppe und zwei Tiefen (ca. 1,70 m und 1 m). Das ermöglicht es auch kleine Kindern etwas „selbstverständig“ im Pool zu sein. Im Bereich des Pools sind ca. 20 Liegen und genug Schatten (wenn gewünscht) für alle. Die Lage des Hauses ist absolut ruhig. Wir können das Haus im vollen Umfang weiterempfehlen!

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus. Wir hatten die vier Wohnungen im Haupthaus gemietet - für 12 Personen war das perfekt! Der wunderschöne Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und ist zum Schwimmen groß genug. Regelmäßig wurden wir mit Gemüse versorgt - auch bei Fragen waren die Vermieter stets erreichbar. Wir fühlten uns wirklich gut aufgehoben. Der Bolsenasee ist unbedingt eine Reise wert - in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und überall zugänglich. Auch sonst gibt es in der Gegend viel zu entdecken.

tranquillità a 360 gradi

Il casale si trova in un'area tranquilla e isolata (il cielo di notte è spettacolare!) ma vicina a molte località d'interesse (Viterbo, Montefiascone, lago di Bolsena, ecc.). Gli spazi sono organizzati in modo sapiente, con ampie aree verdi, zone giorno separate dalle zone notte, un sistema di appartamenti che permettono momenti di condivisione ma anche privacy, la piscina a cui si accede attraverso un meraviglioso frutteto. All'interno del casale c'è davvero tutto (!) ciò che occorre per l'autogestione, dall'attrezzatura delle cucine ai diversi spazi per il relax e l'aggregazione. Ottima la comunicazione con i proprietari ed estremamente disponibile il custode.

Luogo incantato

Le foto del casale non gli rendono giustizia,infatti la struttura è molto più grande e bella di quello che si evince dalle foto. Letti nuovi e comodi,bagni nuovi con tutte le necessarie fornite , perfino kit con spazzolino e dentifricio. Le cucine sono attrezzatissime e adatte anche ad ospitare i gruppi numerosi,noi eravamo in 15 con i bambini. Il giardino esterno è fantastico e la casa ha un bellisimo patio con due barbecue professionali e una tavolata giganta. La piscina molto bella, anche se vista solo in quanto soggiornato di inverno. Nota di merito anche alla proprietaria che oltre ad essere gentilissima e disponibilissima trasmette la sua attenzione ai dettagli in tutto l'ambiente della casa, pensando a tutte quelle che possono essere le necessità dei suoi ospiti. La zona è ricca di ottimi ristoranti e supermercati a pochi minuti di macchina.Che dire soggiorno fantastico e sicuramente saremo nuovamente ospiti.
