The apartment consists of a living/dining room, kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher and washing machine. Living room with flat screen TV.

Master bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes with mirrors. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. 2 recently renovated bathrooms, both with sink, toilet and walk in shower. The apartment has air conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the house.

Free Wi-Fi.

The terrace in front of the living room gives access to the stairs to the solarium with private pool, outdoor lighting, pergola and BBQ.
The apartment is located in the urbanization Paraíso Playa , with green areas and also a community pool for adults and children.

Elevator in the building. Several bars and restaurants at about 150m and a large supermarket at about 1600m.
All a few meters from the beach of Cala Marqués, and Playazo de Vera.

Maximum capacity for 4 persons.

Family Time

Wir waren im Mitte bis Ende April da. Absolute Vorsaison, so dass leider die großen Pools noch geschlossen waren, dafür aber ringsherum gebaut wurde. Mal mehr, mal weniger, auch Samstag/Sonntag. Auch sonst war nichts los. Essen gehen mit den Kindern auch schwierig im direkten Umfeld, da die meisten Läden erst ab 19.30 geöffnet waren und auch nicht für Kinder geeignet. Das Apartment wirklich gut, mit zwei Bädern und WC's. Super Terrasse mit Pool, Liegen, Pergola, Essplatz, ein toller Platz zum verweilen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Spül- und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Der Strand ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Sehr komfortabel ist die Tiefgarage mit Aufzug. Wir waren sehr gerne hier und kommen sicher hierher zurück, allerdings nur, zwischen Mitte Juni bis Mitte September, also in der Saison... Unsere Gastgeber sind gut zu erreichen und sehr nett. Vielen lieben Dank

Eine sehr angenehme Zeit, Penthouse hatte alles, was erforderlich ist; sehr schöne und großzügige Dachterrasse, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer in Südausrichtung, was im Winter sehr angenehm war. Angenehme und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Sehr kurzer Wege zum Strand. Aufzug im Haus bis zur Tiefgarage.

Top vakantie woning

Mooie vakantie woning met een fijn prive zwembad alles aanwezig voor een super vakantie,kort bij de zee en bars en restaurants,enigste minpuntjes zijn de containers op de straat waar vooral snachts veel wordt gedumpt in de glas container.

La recomiendo.

Me gusta, pero el mantenimiento de la piscina debería haber sido mejor, el aire acondicionado aparte de ser de pago falló, y no enfriaba como debería. Además, ha coincidido que en las terrazas de al lado estaban de obras y no había intimidad. La zona increíble, la playa super cerca,limpia y muy agradable. Siempre hace aire y no se siente calor agobiante, a pesar de haber estado en Julio.

Prachtig penthouse!

Het was een prachtig penthouse. Schoon en netjes ingericht! Alles was aanwezig en perfecte Wi-Fi! Het dakterras maakte het mogelijk om altijd van de zon te kunnen genieten. En was het te warm dan bood het zwembad op het dakterras of de overkapping genoeg verkoeling. Op loopafstand van zee, maar ook de consume en andere winkeltjes waren lopend te doen. De verhuurders waren erg behulpzaam en gastvrij. Wij zullen zeker nog een keer terug komen.
