LLEPOL - Apartment with terrace in Port d'Alcúdia.

Welcome to this beautiful and cosy apartment for 2-3 people, located only 50 metres away from one of the most wonderful beaches in the island, Puerto de Alcudia.
A great terrace with beautiful views to the pine trees of the beach is perfect to organise your summer meals outdoors, feeling the sea breeze, or to bask in the sun on one of the two sun loungers, although maybe you rather go directly to the beach which is only a few steps away. The second terrace, at the back, becomes that privileged corner to withdraw and admire the great panoramic to the mountains.

This is a second floor without elevator where, when you enter, the hall leads to a modern and joyful living-dining room with air-conditioning, TV-Sat, and a great table with comfortable chairs where you can enjoy your meals. You can have your deserved rest on the sofa after a long day at the beach. The kitchen, traditional although with a beach touch, offers a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and all utensils and appliances to cook comfortably. Then you will find a bathtub bathroom for the whole accommodation and two bedrooms, one with a double bed, closet, exit to the terrace and room for a baby cot and a high chair; and the other with a sofa bed for the 3rd guest. You will find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board at the terrace.

Port of Alcudia is perfect for those who love the beach and the mountain, because both of them are very near. In fact, you cannot miss a visit to the Light House of Formentor or to sa Talaia de Alcudia. In addition, all services like bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets, shops and bus and taxi stops are reachable on foot. If you feel like playing golf, the nearest course is in Alcanada, about 8.7 km away.

La ubicación, la casa y sus comodidades son muy buenas solo destacar que el olor insoportable de la tapa del water es realmente incómodo , hemos intentado lavarla con productos y desinfectantes para quitar el olor a pis , pero no hemos podido conseguir espero poder alquilarla nuevamente y que hayan cambiado la tapa del wc

wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Vorab, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war leicht zu finden, sehr sauber und wie beschrieben, am unmittelbaren Strand gelegen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt in der Nähe - wir haben diesen genutzt, um nach Palma zu fahren. Eine Fahrt kostet 7,50€ pro Person. Supermarkt, Bäcker und ein tolles Restaurant sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Restaurant S'oli Verge (Spanisch · Mediterran) muss man unbedingt besuchen. Zur Mittagszeit 13-15 Uhr gibt es ein komplettes Menü für wenig Geld, die Portion ist üppig und die Inhaber/ Personal äußert freundlich. Zur Kommunikation mit Homerti kann ich sagen, das diese sehr vorbildlich war, unsere Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Was uns ein wenig fehlte, war ein Guide mit Tipps und Empfehlungen für die Umgebung. Dies hatten wir bis jetzt bei allen Unterkünften und gerade zu Anfang kann das sehr hilfreich sein. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Super Lage, ordentliche Ausstattung, super Dachterrasse

Die Wohnung kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Wir waren Ende August für zwei Wochen da. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, die Küche zwar etwas klein, dafür mit einem großen Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Klimaanlage funktioniert tadellos, die zwei Schlafzimmer sind klein, aber in Ordnung und wir haben Frühstück und Abendessen auf der Terrasse genossen. Es sei denn, die Dämmerung kam, dann wurde man draußen von Moskitos regelrecht aufgefressen. Insgesamt kann man Alcudia und gerade die Gegend der Wohnung für Familien nur empfehlen. An diesem Strandabschnitt gibt es keine großen Hotels, dafür viele Einheimische und eine tolle Strandbar. Dazu geht es am feinen Sandstrand ganz flach ins Wasser hinein, sodass auch die Kleinsten im Wasser toben können.

Tolle Lage mit schöner Terasse

Die Wohnung entspricht dem Inserat, jedoch ist insbesondere die Möbilierung der Terrasse nicht mit besonders hochwertigen Möbeln erfolgt. Starterpaket für Küche und Co. wäre sehr wünschenswert: Spülmittel, Küchenrolle, Handseife, Toilettenpapier, Kaffeefilter, Kaffee, Gewürze etc.

Schöne Ferienwohnung ganz nahe am Strand

Zweckmäßig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit sehr schöner Dachterrasse. Nur wenige Minuten bis zum Strand. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf in der Nähe.

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in hervorragender Lage

Alles ist gut gelaufen, auch wenn wir die Wohnung erst um 16:00 beziehen konnten, obwohl wir nach Ankündigung bereits um 8:30 vor Ort waren. Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung sind einmalig und das Haus insgesamt ist sehr liebevoll gepflegt. Herzlichen Dank an unsere liebe Wirtin Antonia.

Schönes Appartement in toller Lage mit herrlicher Dachterrasse!

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und voll ausgestattet! Besonders erwähnenswert sind die Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick in Richtung Meer sowie die kurze Entfernung zum Strand!

Ubicación perfecta. Todo ok

El apartamento es idéntico a las fotos. Muy bien ubicado y con todo lo que se necesita. Lo peor las camas y el sofá. Por lo que se paga podrían cambiarlos fácilmente y así ofrecer una mejor estancia al cliente.
