Situated on the first floor of the chalet, Sapin 2, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ensuite (toilet, shower, sink), a large open plan living with a roasting fireplace in the sitting room. There is satellite TV with a large selection of international channels, free Wifi connection, a modern kitchen and a private terrace with beautiful views of the Mont Blanc. The apartment can sleep up to 4 people.

The property is a beautiful chalet set amongst approximately 1300 sqm of gardens in the centre of Chamonix at the foot of the Aiguille du Midi cablecar.

With only about 250m to walk to get to the pedestrian centre of Chamonix, the property is one of few chalets with this amount of surrounding space, so close to the centre of town. In summer, the gardens provide ample room for sunbathing and BBQs, all with the view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi in the background. Children can play safely in the confines of the garden. In winter, the main ski bus stop is two minutes walk away.

On the ground floor of the chalet there is a ski room.

There is free parking on the property.

We provide towels, bed linen, and a hairdryer.
We can also provide breakfast if you which.
There is a reception at the property for any questions.
Additional cleaning can be provided on request.

I had a wonderful stay at this Chamonix apartment. Communication with Odile was excellent from start to finish—clear, friendly, and very helpful. The apartment itself was amazing: comfortable, well-equipped, and in a perfect location. It’s very close to the main bus station and only a 3-minute walk to town, which made getting around incredibly easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chamonix.

Exactly what I was looking for

Loved this home !The deck was useful for changing into/out of ski gear. The gated residence provided comfort where I just left skis and boots on the walk-up deck. Great views and a short walk to the bus station made this property perfect for our vacation.

Everything you need

Ideal location to Chamonix center. It has everything we needed for a family vacation. Very spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful Mountain View deck.

Lovely apartment, great location

This apartment was perfect for our family of four to enjoy Chamonix at Christmas. There is ski rental, a grocery store, pharmacy and the ski bus all within a short walk. We were able to pack light and wash clothes as needed and we loved having an indoor fireplace. We were tired from having traveled/flown through the night, so the check-in time was a bit challenging for us. Everything else was perfect!

Great Location

As good a location as might be in Chamonix. The Midi telepherique just around the corner, as is a great boulangerie for bread and lunch. Excellent restaurants nearby

Fabulous Location!

Home was cozy and walking distance to everything you need: ski rentals, grocery stores, shops, cafes, Night life, etc. Skiing was fantastic and very organized resort locations. Home was clean and organized ! Would definitely come back again !

Quiet and cozy apartment in center of Chamonix

We stayed a week in the quiet and cozy Sapin 3 apartment in the middle of Chamonix. It had everything we needed and it was clean and well taken care of. And it had a fabulous view onto Mont Blanc and the Bosson glacier. The owner was very helpful during the booking phase and very friendly in person when we approached her with a question. We hope to be back soon!

Lovely apartment in a perfect position

Apartment was well presented & in an ideal location for an easy walk into town or the Chamonix Sud bus station for the journey to Courmeyeur. Sapin 3 is roomy & very comfortable, my only niggle is that, being on the top floor, you do have low ceiling heights towards the edges of the rooms so my head did make regular contact but this is a very minor point.

Clean, comfortable accommodation. Near Aiguille du Midi cable car and shops/restaurants. Few minutes walk to train station and centre of Chamonix. Lovely garden and friendly, helpful owners on site.

An excellent place to stay in Chamonix!

I had the pleasure of staying at La Terrace apartment (Chalet des Sapins) for Christmas with my sons and daughters-in-law, and the accommodation couldn’t have been better! The apartment was spacious and more than suitable for the five of us, and would have had room for at least two more people. The living room was big yet cosy, and the bedrooms were smartly located, providing us all with our own privacy for the nights. All the three bedrooms we used had their own bathrooms, which was wonderful. The whole place was very clean and tidy, there was a lot of storage space, several wardrobes, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location of the apartment was perfect in the heart of the town and within short walking distance anywhere. Odile was a fantastic host with all her friendly advice beforehand and at our arrival; we are most grateful to her for making our stay so lovely. Compared to the accommodation in Chamonix I stayed at a few years ago, and the ones I then visited, this was pure heaven. Recommend warmly!

superb location right in the center

My husband and I stayed in this apt in december and thought it was brilliant. Its bang in the center of town close to all the bars and restruants. Great for kids as there is a large garden at the front of the property great for making snowmen and igloos. There is plenty of parking but if you don't have a car the bus stop to get to the slope is only a few minutes walk away. The apt was up in the roof and had buckets of charm, 2 bathrooms which was good for getting a shower after skiing. Communication with the owner was good as she lives in the town and you don't have to deal with someone in the uk. So on the whole we had a great time

Highly recommend the apartment. The owners and cleaner are really helpful and the apartment ideally located for ski bus shuttle and bars and restaurants. Perfect for families and groups, well equipped and 2 bathrooms ideal. Had great ski holiday. thanks.

Ubicacion excelente. Limpieza bien. Un solo WC en un metro cuadrado (para 6 personas adultas insuficiente). Imposible para un adulto de mas de 1,80 de altura con mas de 80 kg. Zona Wifi con poca cobertura, La foto del comedor con chimenea y la cocina, pertenecen al apartamento de la primera planta. REALIZO EL COMENTARIO AL NO OBSERVAR RECTIFICACION DE LAS CARACTERISTICAS EN LA PAGINA WEB. Al final solo eramos 4 en el apartamento por una enfermedad de la pareja restante que no pudo ir.
