Beautiful apartment Che Guevara is in the first line with terrace with amazing panoramic sea view.
Climate is dry and this south area of Montenegro is sometimes called wild nature as many places nearby are still intact.
Our Holiday house is just 3 minute walk from the beach! Its best location and panorama sea view in the area. This was the first Holiday house built in Utjeha area and therefore has its own wonderful memories of all occupants since. Capacity is 2 adult and 2 kids in total.
Sea view apartments are equipped with all occupants would needs from preparing food to getting their laundry done. Available: WiFi, A/C. Apartment for rent have terrace with the best sea view. Holiday House includes bedroom, living room area, bathroom and kitchen that communicate with terrace. There is a small garden in front of the house with Mediterranean plants and a fig tree. Parking place located at the back of the house is free.
Podgorica and Tivat airport are just 50 km away, Budva is 50km, away, Kotor And Tivat is 70 km away, Skadar lake is 50 km away, Ada Bojana (nudist sent beach) is 20 km away.

Wir fanden den Urlaub schön. Der Gastgeber war hervorragend. Wir bekamen super Tipps für Attraktivitäten, wir wurden zum Willkommens-Essen sowie einen Umtrunk mit Bekannten und Nachbarn eingeladen. Bei Probleme oder Wünschen bekamen wir zeitnah Hilfe bzw. Unterstützung.

Es war leider nicht so wie im Inserat gebucht. Jedoch hatten wir trotz allem einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zu jeder Tageszeit immer Hilfsbereit und vor Ort.

This is not a house, it is a story about the glory of one women and her passion.
Once upon a time, more than half a century ago, in a wild nature, in the mountains coming out of the sea, there was a tiny sea village called Bushat. Later on, God knows why, the name of the village changed to Utjeha (comfort).
Once upon a time, as I was told, one woman stepped on this land in the very south of Montenegro ... She has found a wild beauty of nature but also many snakes, no water, no road! Grand ant Slava (glory), who knew about the plan for the roads to be built there, retraced the owner of the land and purchased it! Then, she brought some more plots, as she wanted her family and friends to be her neighbors ... She even financed the start of building the house and then she passed her idea (a vision, as she had seen it while in the state resembling a dream) to those who could finish IT. Grandpa, Miroslav (the one celebrating peace), built not just one house, but several of them. Big mom Slobodanka (freedom) has been in LOVE kitchen ever since then and still is! Jelena (Helena- LIGHT) was born somewhen. Then, one day, Nada (HOPE) knocked on the door! I remember now some hard times for the family... but the family spirit would prevail. Always. And then I fell in love. And found comfort. This is where Ana, Lana and Pavle came for their first vacations at the seacoast when they were just a few months olds. And that's where the history began, following the lives of its family, starting with the grand-ant and grandpa (God bless them, we are grateful!) who lovingly built the small house for their son Slobodan Boban Vodopija (freedom), daughter Mira Vodopija Aleksic, grandchildren Jelena, Ana, Lana, Pavle... and continues TODAY!
I've told you – this is not just an ordinary cottage on the coast of Montenegro... this is a tale to be told...
Now, a small modest project of renovation has started ... Wall project with photos from the '60s till nowadays will be telling story ...
