This condo came exactly as advertised and the view never disappoints. Incredibly stocked kitchen with a fantastic selection of pots and pans and even an excellent array of spices to use. The neighbours were so welcoming and provided great tips to tour the island.

This was our second stay in this condo. Best location for some privacy and great views. Perfect spot to watch the sunrise and sunset. Convenient location and close to everything in Freeport and Lucaya. The space was perfect for us. Edwina responds quickly and a great host. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Location, location, location! It was absolutely beautiful. A home away from home. Ms. Dixon, our host, was great. She was easy to communicate with and checked in on us to see how we were doing during the power outages. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Ideal position for a relaxing vacation. Beach just a few yards away from your screen door!! Great home from home condo and with the added bonus of waking up every morning to a fabulous view of the sky blue water.

Relaxing vacation with spectacular views

We had a great time at Edwina’s! The location and views cannot be beat. The condo was spacious, clean, and well equipped with all your beach supplies. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. The sunset views were stunning and I loved hearing the waves and smelling the ocean air while I slept!

The property was very nice and located close to the beach. The beach was beautiful with crystal clear water. The condo had lots of rooms and they were well equipped for our needs.

Hello Ken, Thank you for providing a review. New living room furniture was purchased a few weeks ago and is being shipped to the island and delivered at the end of this month. I will be posting it on my listing shortly after. As a temporary solution to the few worn areas in the faux leather, I placed furniture covers on the current furniture. The logistics of getting these types of items to an island location is a little more difficult and time consuming than in the states or mainland. I hope you, Theresa and your family did enjoy yourselves and the other amenities and services that I provided before and during your stay and that you will return again to check out our new furniture too. Absolutely Beautiful!

My husband and I stayed last week and the view is stunning. Very private and we were able to host our Freeport friends for barbecues and games. The property owner is wonderful and I already spoke to her about booking again in 8 months! Would recommend 100%. See you in 8 months!!!

Spectacular views !

Everything you could need was there! Was super comfortable! Felt at home! Talk about private beach! We lived in the water to the left of condo!

A Stay in Paradise

We were here for a wedding and had a wonderful time and this home and location worked perfectly as a central hub from where we went to various venues. All of the extra-curricular activities were nearby as well. A beautiful location for the few moments we just wanted to chill and relax. Our hostess was wonderful and communications were easy and flawless. Would recommend whole-heartedly.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful relaxing vacation. The location was amazing. Condo was the perfect size for 6 adults, just as advertised. There are 2 bars/restaurants within walking distance. There are also restaurants and bars at Lucaya Straw Market. We also went to the local fish fry on Wednesday evening which was very fun. We did not rent a car. We had 3 taxi drivers that we used and it worked out just fine.

Amazing Beach Front Location

If you're looking for a 3 bed/3.5 bath beach front condo, this is the place. Very roomy and comfortable. Edwina's communication and updates were top notch and appreciated. The condo is very comfortable, quiet and the location couldn't be better. Friendly neighbors and a very safe environment. The condo is equipped with everything you need so all you need to do is bring yourself and enjoy the beautiful island of Grand Bahamas.

Everything we had hoped

This was our 1st time but definitely not our last.. although I only spoke with Edwina once she was very detailed in making our stay perfect.. We are extremely glad we chose this location.. it is a very secure/remote location but yet close enough to everything.. we found all the amenities to be clean and comfortable.. our new Freeport home away from home.. Port of Call Villas Condo

Superb location! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The adjacent beach is wonderful and semi private (only residents and guests of the condos go there). The condo was spacious with plenty of room for my family of 6 (all adults). Every bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. Location is perfect and far enough away from the busy tourist sites. We always rent a car when we stay here because of the secluded spot. Not a lot close by, but that's why we stay here, and we enjoy the privacy. I highly recommend this location.

Perfect vacation

As advertised. Perfect, beautiful, quiet location, 10 to 15 min drive to any/all popular activities. Shopped at NEW Sawyers very close to Lucaya market.....very expensive, bring whatever you can (sunscreen, meat, OTC meds, etc...you'll pay $20 for aerosol sunscreen). All cooking requirements are in the home, along with unlimited towels, lots of trash bags, etc. Ask about snorkeling gear, not sure how much is on property. Definitely would rent again!

Beautiful, exactly as pictured, Oceanfront Condo

We stayed in this beautiful oceanfront condo for two weeks. It is exactly as pictured, spectacular views of the water and just a short walk to one of the prettiest beaches at low tide in Freeport right now. The condo is equipped with everything you need. The three bedrooms each with its own bath are spread out in the condo to maximize privacy. Edwina is the perfect host and kept in touch to check if we needed anything. If you are looking to stay somewhere on the water this is one of the best in Freeport. The Island has not recovered from the economy decline and then the hurricane, so a lot of things here are still closed and or not repaired, so if your idea of the perfect vacation is to rest, relax, and look at beautiful water you will like this place.

While I have traveled many places around the world, I travel to the Bahamas, more specifically Freeport, more than anywhere else. I fell in love with this island many years ago in the 90's and have been a frequent visitor since. Since my retirement, several years ago, I decided to purchase a beach vacation property and looked at many properties in Georgia, Florida and S. Carolina. As soon as I saw this condo, I was hooked and I knew it was the right choice for me. I love it here and I know you will love it too!

One of the primary features that I love about Paradise Vista is it's beautiful panoramic views, which caused me to give it it's name! I can sit for hours in one of the 5 reclining seats and feel a sense of serenity and peace looking at the water, the birds and the sunsets. Or lay in bed in the Master Bedroom and gaze for hours. I love the fact that it's a ground floor unit with no steps to climb! Very good benefit for aging knees. I love that it's so spacious and that each bedroom has it's own private bath, a plus for a large family or a group of friends. I also like the fact that it is a quiet, gated community where I feel safe and secure. I can park my car right in front of my unit without having to go upstairs, through hallways, elevators or a large parking lot. A real plus when bringing in groceries or luggage!

Although Paradise Vista is somewhat secluded and off the beaten path, it is centrally located and a very convenient drive to restaurants, movie theater, shops, grocery/liquor stores, airport, fishing, snorkeling and other activities and sites. The pool is right in the front of the unit and is seldom crowded.

There is a small boom box in the living room and a nice collection of CD's for your listening pleasure. I enjoy reading, so there's a small library of novels to enjoy. Sorry guys, mostly romance novels. But if you want to take one, please leave one. I've also included a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap and lotion, coffee, tea & sugar, salt, pepper & other seasoning for your use.

I can arrange for groceries and spirits to be purchased for you and placed in your condo prior to your arrival (requires 1 week scheduling in advance). We can also recommend a rental car agency to use for the rental of a vehicle during your stay and/or a taxi driver for transportation to the many sites and activities that you're sure to enjoy. (Additional costs will apply).

Primary guest must be 25 years or over to rent this condo.
