Spacieux, proche tous commerces et super terrasse

L'appartement est spacieux et très confortable (bonnes literies, les parties communes bien agencées pour que chacun puisse prendre ses aises). La clim a été très appréciée. La terrasse extérieure est top avec sa cuisine d'été très fournie. Et avoir pensé à installer des ventilateurs à plusieurs endroits pour éloigner les moustiques ou profiter aux heures chaudes, c'est top. Petit bémol: 1 seul toilette dans la très petite salle d'eau, ce n'était pas pratique à 4 d'autant que les parties extérieures sont assez éloignées. En bref, bon séjour

Appartement confortable, bien situé, climatisation très appréciable en juillet. Sorède est un village dynamique mais à l'écart de la foule, à découvrir.

Très bien

Logement conforme à l'annonce. Un très bon séjour à Sorede. La région est magnifique. Attention aux moustiques pour les soirées dans le coin jardin mais les ventilateurs sont prévus !

Sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo, tres bien

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung auch in kleinen Details und eine tolle Aussenanlage, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Betten sehr gut, Waschmaschine, Trockner etc. Beste Ausstattung die wir je vorgefunden haben. Freundlicher Vermieter, schöner Urlaub. Appartement très bien équipé même dans les petits détails et un grand espace extérieur, que nous n'avons pas utilisé. Très bons lits, machine à laver, sèche-linge, etc. Le meilleur équipement que nous ayons jamais trouvé. Propriétaire sympathique, bonnes vacances.

Magnifique séjour en Catalogne

Notre hôte a été adorable et de bons conseils pour visiter la région qui est magnifique, le camping à proximité est assez bruyant mais le double vitrage est très efficace. Le logement est très bien placé, fonctionnel. La terrasse est très agréable avec une cuisine d'été complète. Un grand merci à notre hôte.

Prestation avec de l'espace

Idéalement situé. Axe Perpignan/Espagne à proximité. La mer n'est pas loin. Joseph et Kimble (son petit chien)sont très accueillant et à l'écoute tout en étant discrets. Avons passé 2 semaines au calme et avons profité de la grande terrasse malgré une météo capricieuse. Merci Joseph pour ce séjour

Très bien

Parfait pour la saison (vacances d'automne). 80 m2 bien agencé. 15 min de collioure, 20 min de banyuls, 5 min de la vallée heureuse et direct dans les alberes. Bref très bien.

Good location and great host

The flat is modern and has all commodities needed. The outside area is massive and well equipped however it’s not right outside the flat and there are other visitors staying in the downstairs area so it’s not practical if you’re just one adult with kids. Still it’s really spacious and very well located for hikes and also the beach (15´ drive approx). One mention missing there is a campsite very close to the property but it wasn’t too noisy when we stayed there in July. Joseph is really helpful and very kind (and knowledgeable on all activities around). I will definitely go back there but maybe off season

Great apartment in a beautiful village near the coast.

Perfect for our needs (2 adults, 2 children and a dog). We had family staying in Collioure ( 20 mins drive away) and spent time with them and at Angeles sur mer - Argeles Adventure (a super charged Go Ape with lots of different levels, Drop in Water Jump park, Canyoning Park - all next to each other, 15 mins drive. The apartment was at most 5 mins walk from the village centre - we saw local dancing & two markets. The locals were very friendly. They have a cashpoint, a park, a police station, a tourist information office, at least one butchers, two bread shops , a grocers, a hairdressers, beauty salon, estate agents. Lots to see and do. The apartment itself is exactly as displayed in the pictures. No aircon but lots of fans and we were very comfortable. There are screens at the windows, useful in keeping the mosquitoes out - they are everywhere at the time we visited. The kitchen garden is great and has all the facilities - dishwasher, stove, fridge, plates, cutlery etc and there is a bed to lie out on. Again they have fans in that area too. This area leads onto an enclosed wild garden area which was great for our dog to have a run around and to play ball. Joseph met us on our arrival and saw us again on our departure. Otherwise, we were not disturbed. We have no hesitation in recommending. We had a lovely stay. Thank you.

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Alles da, was man braucht. Vermieter sehr nett und engagiert und die Nachbarn im Haus sehr freundlich. Leider ist der Weg zur Terrasse etwas weit. Ist nur über das Treppenhaus, dann durch den Waschkeller und vorbei am Balkon der Nachbarn zu erreichen.

sehr freundlicher Vermieter, schöne Wohnung, schöne Gartenlaube, hilfsbereite Nachbarn. günstige Lage: 15min zum Meer, Nähe Berge direkt im Ort: Schildkrötenpark (sehr schön), Wander- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nette Nachbarn. Im Nachbarort Schmetterlingshaus, Kloster Empfehlenswert!

Un appartement spacieux , très confortable et fabuleusement bien équipé

On rêverait de ne partir en vacances que dans des locations comme celle proposée. Un appartement très spacieux, très lumineux et dans lequel l'espace est très bien agencé. Le village est idéalement situé à 5 minutes des plages d'Argeles. Les amateurs de randonnées profitent des Multiples itinéraires balisés, dès le village de Sorède et qui parcourent tout le massif des Albères. Perpignan et Collioure sont à 15-20 minutes en voiture et furent des très belles escapades. Monsieur Karolewickz est un propriétaire absolument exquis. D'excellent conseil pour toutes les activités, jamais envahissant et toujours de bonne humeur. Je trouve le rapport qualité - prix de cet appartement dans lequel nous avons passé une semaine en avril extrêmement intéressant.

Un appartement où il fait bon vivre

L'appartement dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. Il est lumineux bien agencé. En cette période nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la cuisine d'été au jardin mais en été ce doit être to. L''accueil du propriétaire à été très chaleureux et cordial. Bref une très bonne adresse à retenir et bien située pour visiter les Pyrénées orientales.

Geräumig und gut ausgestattet

Die Wohnung entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Sie ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist hilfsbereit. Die großzügige Terrasse bieten noch einmal reichlich Platz für verschiedene Aktivitäten (Mückenspray ist zu empfehlen).

Super eingerichtetes Appartement

Das Appartement ist mit allen großen und kleinen notwendigen Dingen eingerichtet! Solch gute Matrazen, wie dort, gibt es selten in Ferienunterkünften. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Auch die Lage am Rande Soredes ist gut. Man kann zu Fuß zum Dorfplatz gehen. Auch wenn das Haus an einer Straße zum Dorf liegt, ist es sehr ruhig nachts. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

Séjour très agréable

Excellent séjour

Appartement particulièrement agréable, ultra équipé (électroménager de qualité), spacieux, dans un cadre magnifique à proximité de la mer. Superbe terrasse en contrebas avec cuisine d'été comprenant entre autre une plancha. Excellent accueil également, le propriétaire donne de bonnes idées de ballades, très sympathique. Très belle contrée ! Location à recommander !

tres tres belle location

Appartement magnifique refait a neuf, très spacieux, tout y est. Beaucoup d 'équipements ( lave vaisselle, four , micro onde etc...)Joseph est très sympathique et disponible .Très bon séjour , a conseiller!!!
