I requested pool heating and paid for it; however, the water was cold. I complained, but nothing was done. The washing machine stained some of my clothes, and the dryer wasn’t working. So, if you plan to do laundry during your trip, do not rent this property. One of the bathrooms was also clogged.P.S. I still haven’t received the refund for the pool heating.

Upkeep Nesasary

The property is very misleading as far the pictures are concerned. Furniture is worn/torn, walls are dirty, toilets are stained, and the carpet/house does not have a pleasant smell. I would ask that the owner seriously consider some small updates to make it more enjoyable and worth spending all the money that was collected. I did not have a comfortable stay and we were there close to a week. VERY DISAPPOINTED…..

Pictures are misleading

The pictures in this listing must be very old. They make the house look like new and has clearly been used alot the last few years. Also be aware that you'll need your own dish soap and sponge, they only provide 1 garbage bag regardless of length of stay. It felt like they were trying to strip down any extras that make staying in a home a benefit. There weren't enough towels for everyone in our group so luckily we brought extra. If you want the pool heated then be prepared to pay more money

House and neighborhood were perfect. Near Disney parks. Contact with Vrbo was great. They answered all our questions in no time. A great experience overall.

Thanksgiving 2021

I rented this property for Thanksgiving with my family. The house was amazing!! I have elderly parents and it was a bedroom downstairs to accommodate them. Everyone had their own space including the teenagers. We didn't feel like we were in top of each other. Any questions I had were answered by the property manager at a very timely manner. I have this property saved in my "favorites ". I will definitely stay here again. We had the pool heated but didn't get a chance to really use it because of the weather. I would suggest a little TLC to the patio furniture and the cushions.

Our stay

The house was gorgeous, it was extremely spacious and extremely clean when we got there, although the chairs in the basement were basically non usable and the pool was a lot warmer then I would have wanted on a hot day and the air hockey table was missing a puck to play with, overall the experience was a great one and I would 100% go back

Relaxing

Overall, we had a really good time. The home is very large especially if you have a big group, with multiple seating areas so everyone isn't on top of each other. Pros: large rooms, nice layout, clean, great decor, large pool and outdoor area. Pool can be heated but still can be chilly in early April, it only heats up so much. Cons: gave us the wrong door code and we had to call for 10 minutes to get the correct code, WiFi didn't work 1st night but they sent someone the next day while we were out, no rugs for when you step out of shower, a few more pans needed in kitchen, more towels needed per bathroom, the house has some wear from thexyears but overall still very mice We would love to return on another trip !!!

Orlando family vacation

To start I'd like to say we've booked with VRBO several times over the years with no problem and always had a great experience. However, this time was the week from hell. I'm not sure if the problems were on the owners part or VRBOs, but here's the list. First hour of arrival we encountered roaches (just a few), the pool was filthy gross, garbage in closests and the outside garbage can full. The next day we found the blender was broke, more roaches and ants, some tv's didn't work, no security gate for pool ( which we enquired about before coming). This is just a few things. We spent the next day on the phone for hours trying to get through to someone with no luck. On the 3rd day we finally did reach someone and most problems were fixed with the exception of the pool being cleaned. It never happened. Most of these things didn't ruin our trip but not having a outside pool security gate put a huge damper on things. We had 7 kids under 8 and it made things difficult if you wanted to be in and outside to keep them contained. Unfortunately we had a week of rain which limited us on our planned activities. For the most part we made due with the inconvenience seeing things weren't resolved until the 4th day of our 5 day trip. I would still book with VRBO but be leery of this property. I don't feel the owner or property manager is on top of this property at all. The fact there was no folder or gift basket on arrival showed the lack of care. We never did receive a card or instructions on how to enter the community pool and rec center and the exit gate never worked once.

Lovely house that suited our needs

This is a lovely home. We had a little trouble getting the pool heat going and the rental bbq out to the property but overall this was a great stay for us. The netting around the pool is coming loose in a few areas and could use some repairs and cleaning of cobwebs there would also be a good idea. The kitchen had most of what we needed in order to cook our meals there; the blender quit working early in our stay and even though we asked for it to be replaced, that didn’t happen. Again, overall a great vacation home!

The house was beautiful, very spacious and ample room for all 12 people. Would definitely recommend for guests looking for a quiet stay, but close drive to Disney !

The house was great!! The only thing was bad was downstairs 2 bedroom the tv didn’t work. The maintenance man cane out say that he put in a work order never came back.

One of the best homes we stayed in

We have rented numerous homes in the Disney area; I have to say this house is my favorite The home was decorated with children in mind, not stuffy. The kids had a sitting area upstairs to watch TV and play games. The adults all had their own bathrooms. I refuse to share bathrooms with teenagers. I would recommend this home for guest who are budget conscience and want to have room for family and friends.
