Bellaluz、La Manga Clubの2ベッドルーム、1バスルームのアパートメント。

Thank you for your kind comment. We are very pleased that our apartment met all your needs and we would welcome you back any time.

We are pleased Toms last minute stay worked out well. We are always happy to give advice and help to our guests

We thank Helen for her kind review. We try to give everyone clear directions and information to make stays as they expect. We would welcome Helen back at any time

We thank Shonaugh for her very kind comments. We do our best to ensure all our guests have as much information and have a good time. We would welcome her back with her family and hope that her son progresses well in his golf career. He was in the open this year as an amateur and it must have been a great experience before representing Australia/ Asia in a competition at La Manga Club.

We thank Maria for her review and we note her comments. We are not sure what her problem was with the toilet and assume it was not too big as she did not report it during her stay. On seeing her comment this morning we immediately contacted our management company who within an hour had a plumber check it but found it working perfectly. Our management company are very good and we tell all our guests how to contact them to solve any problem or they can contact us and we will arrange it. As far as the noise is concerned we appreciate that we are near to but not on the square. The community has strict guidelines and music must stop at midnight and last year installed a new inward facing loudspeaker system which meets recently introduced Spanish noise control regulations. This stops individual outlets using their own competing systems. We do however accept that as a holiday destination some people do want to stay out late at night enjoying themselves and do not realise that their enjoyment can upset others. We would welcome Maria and her family back to the apartment as over 50% of our guests are returnees.

We thank Khim for his very kind review and we would welcome him back anytime. We are just sorry that although we were in La Manga at the same time and we called round a couple of times he was out. Obviously enjoying the the many things he could do in the club.

We thank Aislin for her kind review. We appreciate that with its location near to but not on the square there is sometimes noise. We did have a problem in the past with it going on late but now the bars abide by the bylaws and close on time

We thank Diana for her comments which we take on board. We are pleased that she remarked on its cleanliness, that it has everything needed and our communication skills are good. She had numerous questions before her arrival and all were answered. We are disappointed that she found the living area cramped and especially the balcony too small for four people to eat on. We extended it some years ago and now it is one of the largest in Bellaluz and in over twenty years since then nobody has commented on it being small. The air conditioning we accept was a problem in the smaller bedroom. It worked perfectly well for previous guests but things do develop faults. We attempted to have it fixed during her stay but it needed a new printed circuit board which was not available in time so decided to replace the whole unit which could not be done before she left. A new one has now been installed and our management company provided a fan for the room which was all we could do. She fails to mention that she was offered a refund which she refused. We always attempt to provide a good service and if we fail try to make recompense. The noise from The Scotsman is a problem, since Bellaluz was built it has had six different owners and the current one is the only one who has given us problems in refusing to obey the licensing from Cartagena as well as the Bellaluz by laws. These state that music must cease at midnight. It is unacceptable in a family oriented environment to flaunt this rule and we have taken it up with th Bellaluz president. Although too late for this summer we will not let the matter rest and are confident it will be solved before next year. We regret we can do nothing about the charges for use of the sports facilities.

We thank Noemie for her very kind review and would be very happy to welcome her back to our apartment.

We are pleased Igor and family found the apartment suited all his needs and hope he returns

We thank Estelle for her kind review and would welcome her and family back to the apartment again

We thank Kasia for her kind review. We will welcome her and her family back next year when she will join over 50% of our guests who are returning for a second, third or in one case sixth time.

It sounds very good Torben and the five stars you gave us are welcome. Hopefully many more people from Denmark will read it and come to stay. You are welcome back any time.

We thank Liz for her kind review and are very pleased she and her family enjoyed their holiday. We will welcome them back again any time.

We thank June for her comments. Her family will always be welcomed back as are nearly half our guests who are returnees.
