Location for this property is very convenient, it's within walkable distance to most places or commutable to central Rome. Buses ir trains are within 8 minutes away. There is even a bus stop just outside the apartment, service number 68. There's a supermarket and fruit and vegetable market 5 mins up the road. The property is well maintained and exactly how it's advertised.

Great apartment in Rome

We had a wonderful time at this apartment: It was clean, spacious, in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds of summer 2023 tourists and gloriously air conditioned.

First Trip to Rome!

Great apartment in a good location. Easy walk or short taxi drive to major attractions. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. They lined up transfers to and from airport, recommended a local tour group and suggested a restaurant that was the best we ate at while in Rome. Would definitely stay here again.

Rome for the Rugby

The apartment was well placed and spacious for a Family of 5 Adults with great private Bathroom Facilities. Location had bakeries, supermarkets, local market, as well as a wide ranges bars and restaurants all within a couple of minutes walk (without having to go into the city centre.

Comfortable Stay

We were a family of four (including 2 young adult children) staying for 4 nights and loved that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean and in good condition. Unfortunately there was construction going on in the apartment below us so we were woken up quite early each morning with the drilling and hammering. It is walkable to some of the sites - Trevi Fountain, Pantheon but a fair distance - took us about 40 minutes. Many good restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store.

Questionable accommodations

It was average. The air conditioner in the living room leaked the whole time we were there. They over charged me 1extra night, which they acknowledged and gave repeatedly told me they will fix, but have not and it has been 3 weeks. I can say they were very nice and communications with them was pretty good. It just took them sometimes days to respond. Was Not extremely happy with this VRBO!

DÉGOÛTANT!!!!!! Moisissure dans les douches, plancher extrêmement sale, poussière sur tous les meubles et on ne parle même pas de la vaisselle qui était tellement sale qu’inutilisable sans la laver. Changer de location la deuxième nuit. Impossible de me faire rembourser, l’hôte de retourne pas mes appels. J’ai du laver le plancher et une salle de bain. Mon arrivée. Il y avait des cheveux dans les douches et sur les planchers des salles de bains.

Sehr gutes appartment

Das Appartment hat 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und eigenem Bad. Leider waren die Matratzen etwas durchgelegen. Küche auch ganz gut ausgestattet Die Gegend ist sehr schön, gute Restaurants, Markt und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Entfernung in die Innenstadt ungefähr 30 minuten zu Fuß, zum Kolosseum 40 min, Termini 20 min. Aber gut mit Bussen erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung.

Nice apartment, good location.

Our family stayed here for 4 days while visiting Rome. The pictures are accurate, the apartment is large enough for our family of eight, six adults, two small children. The only issue was the bed in one of the bedrooms. The bed sags in the middle, so you tend to roll to the center. Otherwise, the location is great, it is walking distance to many great sites. It is also surrounded by a number of good restaurants. Andreas met us to help us get into the apartment, and we were able to stop by earlier than normal 3:00 pm check-in to drop our bags. It was clean and comfortable, and within walking distance to where we wanted to go. Great place to stay!
