4m×8mのプールを備えたモダンな2ベッドルームヴィラは、海に向かって見事な景色を望む競技場/ Torroxの美しい渓谷に位置しています。 ヴィラは、大きなパティオと成熟した美しい庭園を備えた2550㎡のプロットに建てられています。 それは競争相手の魅力的な町まで車で20分、Torroxプエブロまで15分、海岸まで20分です。 Nerja、 "Balcon de Europa"があり、素晴らしいビーチには車でわずか25分です。 グラナダ、アルハンブラ、スキーセンターまでわずか1時間半です。 別のpergolaと外側のキッチン付きの南向きの100m2のプールサイドのテラスに40m2追加したpergolaがあります。

Everything was just more than perfect. A lovely finca with superb equipment, a stunning view and great pool. What a place to tune down and relax! Plus a very friendly, relying and always approachable host.We will definitely come back!

Excellent place. Definitely will return.

We had a great time here. The facilities were excellent, beds very comfortable, shops local, host was excellent, host sorted any issues we had. Definitely need a car, preferably 4x4 as the road up is quite hilly but instructions were clear. The views were immense and worth the drive. 5 stars.

Total relax and comfort

Adam very kindly met us the first day and showed us how to get to the villa. The house and grounds are very comfortable and the view is stunning - the photos don't quite do it justice as it is prettier than it looks. We were looking for a place to relax, detox and 'de-stress' in the middle of second-wave of Coronavirus and couldn't haven chosen a better place. Highly recommendable.

Stunning property and location

We had the most amazing week in this wonderful villa nestled in the hills below Competa. The property itself is stunning, extremely well equipped and modern, yet with Andalucian charm and furnishings. With the choice of patios we were able to enjoy the early morning sun (in November!) and watch the sunset over the mountains and sea, the whole experience was wonderful. The property owner (Adam) and manager were both extremely helpful, happy to provide tips and guidance on the property, but also how best to experience the surrounding countryside. We will definitely book this villa again, in fact we really can't wait!! Jacquie & Mark

Spanish Idyll

Lovely villa with fantastic views. Adam was very helpful and welcoming and it is obvious that the villa is a lived in home. Inside very comfortable and well equipped with beautiful view from lounge, outside delightful seating areas surrounding the villa with great views, sun and shade and well planned planting giving views and privacy. Pool great. Short drive to Competa, and to beaches. Visited most but particularly enjoyed Torrox El Morche which is very Spanish and Torre Del Mar for lively tourist atmosphere ( cheap sunbeds too!). Thanks for everything Adam, hope to be back!

Lovely villa with amazing gardens/outdoor areas

This is a lovely villa, clean and spacious and has absolutely everything you could possibly need, and then some, but what really makes it amazing is the outdoor space. Beautifully landscaped gardens, from the gated parking area to the private pool, so much space and different areas to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Amazing views across the valley and so much choice of where to relax, from sun loungers to 2 outdoor lounge areas, and at and several areas to dine and enjoy the sunset. Even a hammock!The photos shown here , great though they are don't do it justice. The coast is less than 20 mins and we were able to easily visit Torrox (big Lidl there);and Nerja. We went to Granada too which is about a 90 minute drive. Nearby Frigiliana is a must visit and we spent a nice day there. If you don't know the area I would advise arriving in daylight if possible. The villa is accessed from a twisty narrow mountain road off the Torrox to Competa road. Adam (property owner)helpfully provided a video which helped us find the villa on our first day. After that it was fine. For a peaceful relaxing place to stay within reach of some beautiful towns I would certainly recommend this.

We’ve just returned from an incredible stay at this beautiful villa — and honestly, we didn’t want to leave!The location is perfect if you’re looking to escape the daily routine. The views are stunning, and the whole place feels peaceful, private, and thoughtfully put together. We loved the artwork and homey decor — it’s got that welcoming feeling, like staying at a good friend’s place rather than a rental.One of our favourite features was the garden lighting at night — especially the way the trees and pool glow after dark. It’s absolutely magical and perfect for relaxing evenings outside.The villa has everything you could possibly need, and we really appreciated how previous guests have left behind little useful things — from spices to dishwasher tablets. It's such a thoughtful touch and makes settling in even easier.The garden is beautiful, with plenty of seating spots to enjoy at different times of day, and there's even an outdoor fridge — a genius touch that saves trips back and forth for cold drinks. The pool is well maintained, and a friendly local comes weekly to take care of it.Extras like the dishwasher and washing machine are a bonus, and Torrox is just a 20-minute drive away, with shops, restaurants, and the beach close at hand.Communication with Adam was smooth and easy, just as it should be.This place is exactly as described, maybe even better — a real hidden gem.Would 100% recommend… and if I ever win the lottery, I’m calling Adam to buy it! :-)

Amazing!

What an absolutely amazing place. The views are stunning and it is such an amazing place to relax. The outside is so well kept and the pool was a great size and temperature. There are lots of areas to sit outside either in the sun or under cover if it gets a little hot! The property was spotlessly clean and such a lovely place with real character. The 2nd fridge freezer outside was also really helpful for drinks and overflow food, meaning you don't need to visit the supermarkets as often (these were only 20-25mins away anyway and with parking in Torrox Costa). Contact with Adam was brilliant, really fast and helpful and even sent a video and photos to help with the journey to the property the first time! Others have mentioned the local towns, Competa, Torrox Pueblo and Nerja all within a 25 minute drive. The Aquavelis water park at Torre del mar is good for children of all ages too for a day out - it isn't too large and has lots of nice outside areas. Thank you Adam, we will definitely be back!

Stunning location, lovely villa and great communication

Wonderful location with amazing views of this tranquil valley, Adam’s villa is comfortable and well equipped. We spent two months here and felt really at home and reluctant to leave. We have driven mountain roads like these before so we aren’t daunted by the drive from the road to the house - 8 minutes was comfortable for the dog - and not a problem in the dark as almost all of it is concreted. A lovely place to come back to after a day out, or to spend the day enjoying the surroundings and view - there are plenty of areas to sit and relax whether you want to be in the sun or out of it. It was a bit cold at night in February but the fire kept us lovely and cosy. The dog loved the garden and so did we. You obviously need a car but everything you want is not far away: take your pick of supermarkets in Torrox Costa, walk along the front where there are cafés and restaurants. Competa, Nerja and Frigiliana are short distances away and nearby Torrox has a pretty square for lunch in the sunshine. Setenil de Las Bodegas is well worth the nearly two hour drive and we plan to do the Caminito del Rey next time. Adam is very friendly and very responsive which is reassuring during a long stay. We had friends and family to stay at various times and everyone loved the villa as much as we did. Will definitely return.

Die Finca und das Grundstück darum ist traumhaft, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Adam war immer ansprechbar, wenn es Probleme gab und hat sofort reagiert. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Traumhaus mit Traumlage

Dieses Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Wir haben 70 wunderschöne Tage hier verbracht. Die Anfahrt ist eine gewisse Herausforderung, aber man gewöhnt sich daran.

Stilvolles spanisches Landhaus nur für uns!

Es war genauso wie wir es lieben. Das sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Landhaus mit einem gepflegten Garten hat unsere Erwartungen absolut erfüllt. Trotz des starken Unwetters waren wir hier sicher und gut aufgehoben. Für Personen die abseits des Trubels ihren Urlaub verbringen wollen ist dies der ideale Ort. Danke, dass wir das genießen durften.

Wundervoll

Wir waren schon im vergangen Jahr von der Villa und dem gesamten Anwesen begeistert. Und auch dieser Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Alles ist sehr sauber, die Räume bis ins Bad hell und einladend. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist wunderschön angelegt. Die Lage in dem sehr schönen Tal ist perfekt, es ist geschützt und der Blick ist traumhaft. Wir kommen wieder! Danke Adam!

Eine wunderschöne Landhausvilla mit allem was man benötigt um glücklich zu sein. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett die Kommunitation war sehr gut. Ein toller Pool und Garten mit Palmen wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Was ein Highlight ist, ist der Ausblick den wir sehr genossen haben. Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Betten bequem. Vielem Dank Adam eine so schöne Unterkunft zu genießen. Können wir jedem weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschönes Anwesen

Wir haben unsere Zeit in dem schönen Haus mit Pool und großem Garten sehr genossen. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und das Wasser sehr warm gewesen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Der Weg zum Haus ist schon recht abenteuerlich, aber der Vermieter gibt sich große Mühe, dass es gut zu finden ist. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war insgesamt sehr positiv.
