We had a fabulous stay at Mauter Villas.

The apartment was very large, clean and tidy. The location was fabulous, close proximity to some of the best restaurants and seaside. Would 100% recommend this place for a group. Ciutadella was our preference of place to stay in Menorca, beautiful spot.

We loved our stay in Menorca!

The house was much bigger than we expected with multiple outside spaces, including a rooftop with beautiful views of Ciutadella. The location was perfectly walkable to the main square, port, and tons of delicious restaurants and bars.

It was perfect

Four friends and I stayed here for four nights, and it was perfect. The home is huge, with three levels of bedrooms, terraces, a large kitchen, various living spaces, and a rooftop. The home is right in the heart of Ciutadella, overlooking a main square with shops and restaurants. Even though it is in a populated area in the day, at night it is still very quiet and peaceful. There is a public parking lot that is a 5 minute walk away which was very convenient as we rented a car. The only issue we had was with WiFi but the host was responsive and even came by to resolve it. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would recommend this to anyone who is traveling with a large groupwith folks who enjoy having a little extra space.

Loved this spacious accomodation for our group holiday

This property is enormous, beautifully managed and decorated and in the perfect location in the centre of the old town. it has a great outdoor space and well stocked kitchen and bedrooms. we loved it! There is no aircon in the property so just be conscious of this if you’re coming in summer as it can get a bit hot in some of the rooms upstairs!! there is lots of natural air coming through the windows though.

Had a lovely stay at this large apartment

There were just three of us so we had plenty of space to spread out. The location and facilities in the apartment are excellent. As other reviewers have stated there is no air conditioning and the top bedroom was quite hot so no one slept there. Fans are provided and you can open windows etc. There are two lovely roof terraces but they do not not have permanent chairssun loungers set up on them. Maybe because we went early in the season and they haven’t set everything up yet. Very happy with my stay and would go again.

Noisy and Hot

The positives about this property is it is centrally located and large. But the negatives outweigh the positives. It’s located over probably the busiest square in Ciutadella and with that is a large amount of noise almost all day and night. Also note that this property doesn’t have AC (just a few fans) which was my error not realizing that. However, because of the noise you can’t open the windows so overall it’s very noisy and hot experience. At least one of the bedrooms was unsleepable because of the noise. Although a couple are located back enough that they are quiet. I also found it odd that they provided a small welcome basket,towels, trash bags for the bathrooms but no trash bag in the kitchen. When I asked where we could find the trash bags for the kitchen the response I got was the unit is self catering and they don’t supply a kitchen trash bag. But note that there is a large sign that you will be fined if you leave any trash. Also the check out time is 10:00am which seems very early for a town that eats dinner at midnight. This is my least favorite property Ive stayed although Ciutadella and the area are wonderful! And anywhere within the ring road is centrally located so look for something in a quiet alley and check if it has AC.

La ubicación es perfecta. Es cierto que a según que horas se tiene que vigilar el ruido para no molestar a los vecinos pero con la gran amplitud y diferentes espacios que presenta la casa es fácil hacer vida nocturna sin molestar a nadie. No se me ocurre nada malo. Vimos un par de cucarachas, pero nada más.

Location, location, location

This is impossibly well-situated in the heart of Ciutadella with views onto the bustling square from the sitting room or across the rooftops from the terraces. It's a very, very big space.
