HOW TO BOOK:

A 5-minute drive from the Sitges area, the urbanization of Vallpineda is a very well maintained urbanization, with extreme vigilance and care. It is a very quiet area for perfect relaxation.

Sitges with its micro climate usually offers temperatures from 20 to 22º at noon from November to March. With its South-West orientation and being very sunny all day, Villa El Olivo is ideal for getaways of 3, 4, 5 days from November to March. Its rate is very tight in these periods.

We have monthly rates in low season for 1 month up to 5 months very attractive !!!. Check them out.

IMPORTANT ASPECTS RELATED TO PAYMENTS AND FEES:

1 - You can pay the Home Away card with a Visa card with an additional 3% of the commission cards.

2 - You can pay by bank transfer.

The home assistance service can be contracted with both payment methods.

3 - Each week ends with a cleaning, change of sheets / towels and pool. If 2 weeks are reserved, there are 2 cleanings, etc.

4 - This cleaning costs € 200 / week.

5 - Tourist tax: € 0.90 / Adult / Day during the first 7 days.
