A fantastic place to stay...

We had a wonderful stay in this cottage, which was very clean and comfortable. It's in a quiet location and very close to Aberffraw beach. We have stayed here before and will be coming back next year. The view from our window was delightful, we overlooked a field with sheep and their lambs that came right up to the window. There is a local pub and a small newsagent within walking distance. The outside entrance is grassed over and enclosed so was safe for our 2 dogs. Looking forward to our next stay...

Early Xmas weekend away

Lovely place to stay cottage was clean and comfortable and warm really close to the beach and cafe dogs really enjoyed it as well will return next year

Mixed bag

We had a lovely two night stay in Anglesey. The location was peaceful and quiet, making it a great place to relax. There was good parking, and the property was clean and tidy on arrival. We also appreciated the nice welcome pack, which was a thoughtful touch. There are a few areas that could be improved. The furniture is looking quite tired and would benefit from being updated. The freezer compartment of the fridge needs defrosting, as it was heavily iced up. It was also a little confusing to find dishwasher tablets provided even though there wasn't a dishwasher. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and with a few updates and minor maintenance, the property could be even better.

Perfect

The bungalow was so clean, very cosy and warm, as it was February when we stayed so a bit chilly. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed was so comfortable, bed linen clean and fresh, loved the fluffy towels. Great parking. It was great having a washing machine in the laundry room. Llys Llewelyn kitchen bar on site had some delicious home made food well worth a visit. The pub was a couple of minutes away and also the post office with supplies if needed. Great walks. Loved our 10 days there.

A great stay

We had a brilliant week in Bwthyn Siwan and the accommodation was excellent and very clean . The location is brilliant with a great pub just down the road and there are great walks on the doorstep .

Good for a weekend break

A nice small property, good for a weekend. Fairly basic kitchen. No sieve or colander for rice / pasta or washing salad. Needed chopping boards for vegetables. Frustrating when this is what I’d brought with me to cook! Not enough toilet roll provided for the weekend but the rest of the welcome pack was great! Location very peaceful and lovely views out the back of the cottage, the sheep were sheltering against our window one morning! Nice fixtures and fittings in the property but the reason for 3 stars not more on the cleanliness was the black mould on the main shower! A couple of tweaks and it would be 5 starts all round! Having said all this, I would stay again but would come prepared with my own kitchen bits!

It sounds as though the sheep provided some memorable entertainment during your visit! We appreciate your comments regarding the kitchen equipment and are sorry that you found certain items, such as a sieve, colander, and chopping boards, to be missing. Guest feedback is invaluable in helping us identify opportunities for improvement, and we will pass your suggestions on to the property owner for consideration. Whilst we provide an initial starter supply of toilet rolls, the property is self catering.We do however appreciate your comments and will review this with the team. Most importantly, we apologise for the issue you encountered with the shower.We will raise your comments regarding the mould with our Housekeeping Team so that this can be investigated and addressed as a priority. Thank you again for your balanced and constructive feedback. We are delighted to hear that, despite these points, you enjoyed your stay and would consider returning in the future. We hope that, with a few improvements, we can provide you with a five-star experience next time.

Short stay at hidden gem on Anglesey

Enjoyed another lovely short break at this complex, lucky with the weather. Accomodation perfect for our needs, as we have a dog, and an electric vehicle (reliable charging on site). Would recommend a stay here, not far to travel to local points of interest, and walk down estuary to a gorgeous quiet beach.

Warm and cosy

We arrived to a very warm and cosy cottage. Everywhere was very clean and comfortable and there was everything there that we needed. This is the fifth time we have been to these cottages, tried them all now. Our border terriers love the proximity to the beach. The welcome bag was a nice touch, different to previous years. Have already booked for next year. The tea rooms on site are an absolute must. We love Anglesey in the winter, so much to see and do.

Lovely cottage

A lovely cottage and a great location. Perfect for the dogs. Small grassed area out front and handy porch area to dry dogs off, hang coats, boots etc. cottage was clean and had everything we needed.

Modern well equipped cottage in quiet location close to the beach

This is the 3rd time I have stayed on this small development of holiday cottages. The locations is great for the beach and local walks. Modern deco and well equipped kitchen made it an ideal property for me for a weeks holiday.

Just the ideal place to stay

Everything was well communicated from booking to arrival. The property was clean and well stocked ,a comfortable place to chill out after a good walk. The price was very good and we would not hesitate to return . Thank you everyone who made the short visit so good.

Hidden gem

A small complex tucked away in the beautiful village of Aberffraw, a walkers paradise amongst sand dunes and beaches. Our 6th year returning to this complex, our 2nd time in the cottage, well presented bathrooms having been refurbished to a high standard and a well equipped kitchen. Tea rooms on site open til 4pm, local pub and shop.

Really enjoyed staying here for our first holiday for a few years. There's a beach near by and a lovely cafe on the site. Will be definitely booking again next year. Was a good choice.
