We do have a note in our description stating that parking is limited to the driveway and that the driveway can accommodate two vehicles. We apologize if the parking passes were not left where you could easily find them and will pass that feedback to the portfolio manager for the property. We can assure you this is not Southern's standard. We assure you that we have heard your complaints and will use this as improvement criteria for housekeeping going forward.

Thank you for this review Brandon. Please allow us to apologize again that this vacation did not meet our Southern standard. While our listing does indicate that parking is restricted to the driveway and can accommodate two vehicles, we certainly understand that frustration. We apologize that the options we provided for additional parking spaces did not work for your group. We do provide all of our guests with the rules for the community, both electronically and in the home, and they detail information about parking. Thank you for reporting the issue with the hallway toilet to us during your stay and while we did do everything we could to correct the issue, we did ultimately need to have the pipe snaked by a plumber. We will certainly use this stay as a training tool for all the parties involved and do apologize if we missed the mark on customer service.
